I don't go to Walmart anymore for various reasons but decided I needed something that was exclusively only sold there. They were sold out but had what I wanted in stock in the back. I asked an employee for assistance, he volunteered to go look in the back & came back with a whole box of the product. Not only did he help me but he restocked the shelves and had a smile on his face the whole time. This employee went above and beyond & had a great presence about him. Thank you for providing me with great customer service.

I’m sharing feedback on a recent experience at Walmart Auto Care Center #2482 (857 N Dobson Rd, Mesa, AZ). I purchased a battery at 12:42 PM and was advised installation would take up to 45 minutes. My vehicle was checked in at 12:46 PM and then moved to the side of the service area, where it remained unattended for over an hour. At the time of arrival, there was only one vehicle ahead of me and the shop did not appear busy. During that time, no status updates were provided, and I was not given any explanation for the delay. I ultimately had to approach a service manager (Eric) to request clarification. Shortly after that conversation (approximately 2 minutes), the installation began. The installation itself took approximately 5–6 minutes, which I observed directly. The work was completed outside the bay where the vehicle had been parked the entire time. My concern is not the quality of the basic install, but the lack of communication, inaccurate time expectations, and extended idle time before the work even began. This resulted in a total service time of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes for a task that is typically completed in a few minutes. I would encourage the store to improve communication with customers and provide more accurate time estimates, especially for services advertised as included with purchase. Respect for customers’ time is a key part of service quality.

I like this Walmart for one Reason is Maurice! He is always helpful always making me feel welcome? Goes above and Beyond? I love his smile always Smiling.. The Security girls Ashura and Maite always make me feel unwelcome or other Security staff? Because I feel like I being watch everytime i go in here? But every department is welcoming.

I have had good experiences with this Walmart in the past but I was very displeased with my last visit. I am missing one of my items, camera film that is fairly expensive. I have searched my whole house and my car which leads me to believe I left it at the store as I have the receipt. However, I called customer service several times and no one answers. I even called other departments to let them know that no one was at customer service and still no one was able to help me. I called several times throughout the day. What is the point of even having a customer service line if no one is there to answer it??
