Just had an amazing experience with Ruby, the Walmart Associate, and it was awesome. It set the tone for the rest of my day. I'm grateful. This is my Walmart. Love it!

I am writing to formally address a recent unpleasant experience I had at your store. On Sunday, December 7th, 2025 I was in your location at Baseline Rd and Stapley Drive in Mesa, AZ and had the unfortunate experience of being assisted by one of your cashiers. I feel compelled to bring this to your attention as the behavior displayed was unprofessional, rude, and far below the standard I expect from a store of your reputation. The cashier, whose name I was unable to catch, was abrupt and dismissive throughout the transaction. There was a clear lack of basic courtesy, as the employee did not use common polite phrases such as “please” or “thank you.” Instead, she barked at me in a manner that felt unwelcoming and disrespectful. This type of behavior not only creates a negative customer experience but also gives the impression of poor service overall. I have noticed that previous complaints regarding this individual have not resulted in any change, and I find it concerning that such behavior continues to persist, especially as it directly impacts the customer experience and the overall reputation of your store. The behavior demonstrated is not just disappointing; it is a poor reflection of the values your store should represent. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address the issue accordingly. I would appreciate it if you could take steps to ensure that such behavior is addressed, so future customers do not have to experience the same lack of professionalism. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in service going forward, as I would like to continue shopping at your store with the expectation of better customer interactions.

First time to the area and to the Supercenter. I didn't find everything I needed and since it was my first time at this store I wasn't sure where my items were located in. I found that the individual that ended helping me was a store vendor for Nestle her name is Karen. Thank you Karen for all your help when store employees couldn't be found. It was a pleasure to have met you. Keep up the great work.

Clean very well organized in and out. Although a lady had a shitty attitude but all in all my experience was decent. That is rare for me because usually I don’t fool with Wally World. Prices are different and will go back!
