Customer service is very little help. I had to return a 250 pound item, huge and bulky. I bought it online and they delivered the wrong item, but they won't pick it up, they made me take it to a store. I had to borrow a truck just to return an item. I go into CS and ask if they have a heavy duty cart I can use to bring the item inside so I don't break one of their shopping carts. They went and had the slowest cashier go fetch the cart for me. I waited for 22 minutes and gave up. I went and loaded it myself into a shopping cart. Luckily, a family of customers saw me struggle to load it into the shopping cart and offered me a hand. They didn't even work there and were far more willing to help than the actual staff. I'm an elderly person, I can't be lifting 250 pounds at my age, which is why I ordered it to be delivered. I'll stick with online retailers who have better service than this.

This store is atrocious. Came in on 6/4 around 7 pm not a single cart available at entrance and the parking lot was littered with them. Cart pushers aren’t doing their job. Parking lot itself is in terrible conditions and needs to be repaved. Did all your cart pushers quit?

Absolutely horrible service every single time I come in. I say hello to staff and they give you their looks. When you go to customer service, they’re rude. I have never been in a place with such horrible service in my life. I would recommend driving to the side of town every time. Worth the gas mileage l, trust me. If I could give him a -5 stars, I would. The ones that are fives on this have got to be employees.

I love this store as a whole. Prices are decent and it doesn't get very busy. The pharmacy is horrible, however. I used to get denied access to my meds even though I got notifications on the day I went,they were ready that day! It's a good place to shop til you drop, but avoid their pharmacy!

I order my groceries almost every week and I am so satisfied with the service I receive. Your shoppers always choose the best looking produce and meat. I was worried about that when I first started doing online shopping, but the choices your people make are wonderful . .
