am writing to formally express my profound indignation regarding the substandard product quality and the subsequent diagnostic incompetence I encountered at your Automotive Care Center. My experience has been characterized by a startling lack of accountability and a blatant disregard for consumer safety. ​The timeline of events is as follows: ​Product Failure: Three days ago, a battery recently purchased from this location suffered a catastrophic failure, leaving me stranded in hazardous heat conditions for over three hours. ​Expert Verification: Following this incident, the unit was inspected by a certified independent mechanic. Their professional diagnostic equipment confirmed, without ambiguity, that the battery is defective and incapable of maintaining a reliable charge. ​Internal Admission: Upon returning to your facility, a member of your own staff candidly admitted that this specific location has been plagued by a "string of bad batteries" recently. This suggests a known inventory issue that management has failed to rectify. ​Diagnostic Negligence: Despite the aforementioned evidence, your technicians performed two cursory tests and reached the absurd conclusion that the battery is "perfectly fine." This assessment is not only demonstrably false but serves as a convenient mechanism to evade your warranty obligations. ​It is intellectually insulting to suggest that a battery requiring a Good Samaritan’s jump-start and an independent mechanic’s intervention is somehow "functional" simply because it shows a surface charge after being manually recharged at home. By refusing a replacement, your staff has effectively prioritized a flawed internal metric over the physical safety and time of your customer. Dont come here, please go literally anywhere else.

I paid cash for this bike less than three weeks ago. The item was entered incorrectly on the receipt at checkout. I wanted a manager to review the transaction because the receipt error wasn’t caused by me. Nereyda customer support lady was super rude and clearly doesn’t understand her job. She had a very bad attitude very be try unprofessional. Nereyda does not deserve her position or needs to be educated. Just know you’ll be hearing from the BBB.

The McKellips and Greenfield store never has enough cashiers. Usually only 1 or 2 on duty. Consider small stores like Circle K always have 2. The situation is ridiculous for the mega retailer. Growing population often leads to lines at the self checkout, as well. Very inconvenient. Store has more out of stocks vs. other locations. Employees are fine. Simply, a poorly run store.

This review is not necessarily for this whole Walmart but for one employee. The gentleman‘s name is Bernard. If you are fortunate to walk in there and have him greet, you counted a blessing. He is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. You always get a huge smile and made to feel welcome to this particular Walmart. As you leave, you always get to hear. have a blessed day again, accompanied by a big smile. Bernard could teach customer service to most of the other Walmart employees. I do hope management gets this message. I tried to call them today and didn’t even get to leave a message. I was transferred to somebody in personnel where the phone rang long enough that it finally got disconnected. Walmart has a lot to learn from Bernard. I truly hope he gets recognized. Now let me review the store and how terrible it is in general. I wanted to show recognition to Bernard so I called the store. The operator that answered sent me over to somebody in personnel where the phone rang for a minute and then I got disconnected. I tried calling back and no one picked up. Walmart needs so much help with their customer service. We have had rude behavior from employees all over the store. A good example is my wife needed help in a changing room where she was met with an employee who just felt disgusted that my wife was there asking to use a changing room. My wife also witnessed a lady asking one of the personal shoppers for help only to be met with a very rude gesture. Walmart, you guys need to work on customer service. The only reason you exist is because you sell crappy stuff at cheap prices.

Just moved here so I have needed a lot of things. The staff have been great older gentleman by sporting goods stuff was Awesome! Now customer service was terrible, had gotten home an 2 hrs later figured out I was missing 4 items which was over $ 25.00 so I called they said they looked but no luck. I decided to go back with my receipt. I went to the line I checked out on and she said I took it to customer service.so I went there an older lady looked said we don’t have it I said then you owe me these items cause lady said she brought bag here! So I had to run around a get these items again, got back to her and she said ooh my found your items. I said where were they you said they weren’t here? She stated I’m too busy I didn’t have time to look in the back. Ok!! I said but it’s right around the corner! So instead you had ME running around cause you were to Lazy to look, she said yup I guess so said Merry Christmas!! How sad!!!!!
