Leaving a 4-star review is hard to do because this is actually a well established Wal-Mart with great selection, well maintained aisles, and of course the great prices. The only thing that continues to plague the experience here is the assistance. I understand exactly how it is to have a big rush of holiday shoppers, and the constant balance between manager assigned deadlines and customer service. That said, having 3 different employees remind me that the store is closing in 10 minutes (it was 15 minutes before close...) and not one asking if I needed help to get me out faster, is a bit frustrating. In general, the associates here seem to do their best not to interact with shoppers. Again, I get it. There are lots of people. It is unrealistic to smile and greet all of them but dont make it so obvious that you are prioritizing tasks over visitors especially if it is just one or two customers where an associate is working. One other peeve is when I ask help finding an item and get pointed in a general direction or toward a row of aisles where I still fail to find it. It shouldn't have to feel like an annoyance to a worker when I genuinely cannot find an item. It would save the associate time with answering the same question again later.

I have been a regular customer here since 2018. However, tonight situation is 100% not tolerated. A mature woman in checkout 5 made it her point not to have to talk to me. Didn't tell me how much my total was. Put my ready to eat Cheese cake upside down on raw meat. On top of that she put 4 glass candles in the bag without wrapping them. Talking about customer service, it's the management team needing to do better training. Told a supervisor at customer service and they looked shocked like it could never happen. Was something done. No. The bar customer service from cashiers are a direct product of bad training and bad management. Need improvement.

Came in for paint brushes and spray paints. It was super easy to find what we needed and the people who helped us were very friendly. There was almost no wait before someone helped us! I love when I can get in and get out quickly. The store wasn’t crowded or dirty which is another win.

It's a nice store. Clean and everything I need it usually there. The only thing I don't like is it's usually hard to find a worker unless your at the very front near the entrance.
