Today February 27th 2026 I was there self-checkout attempting to check out and I had a six pack of Cayman Jack presented my ID to the cashier instead of him explaining to me Walmart's policy that I need to show everybody's ID with me he proceeded to just dinner and ask for ID for my daughter-in-law who's not even drinking alcohol and my minor daughter that seemed real stupid to me because I'm the one purchasing it if I'm making the purchase why do you have to know who's all with me in the store like that that's just dumb but again he couldn't explain it to me he just kept asking and then turned around with my ID in his hand trying to still talk to me about them giving them their ID whereas I'm telling him to just give me my id back, I'm just saying seems incompetent to me especially being that I shopped at other Walmarts and this has never happened. My business is not nerfed at this store again so I won't be returning at all.

This was my very first visit to this Wal-Mart. I visited this Wal-Mart after selling some silver and gold next door. The outside of this Walmart is small and white. The dollar store is connected to this Walmart. One entrance and one exit. I like that. Customer service is at the entrance to the right. I like that. After you enter you can not turn around and exit because the automatic gate closes and if you try to the alarm goes off and staff at customer service gives you a look. The women's clothes section is first. Bras are locked up. Red, white, and blue swimsuits that are FIRE for $20.... Not a $20 swimsuit. Swimsuits for $1.50 that are not cute at all. This store is all over the place. Lay out is wack. Confusing. Random. Short isles. Lots of isles. I got a cart full of stuff and ended up not even getting anything. I will never ever go in this Walmart ever again. Sorry. But I won't.

Smallest Walmart ever! The employees all seemed too busy to even acknowledge customers needs or concerns? You'd think that with being employed at such a small location, they would've been a little more accommodating and friendly! We'll drive the extra miles to take our business to a larger, more friendly & a cleaner Walmart next time we're in need of a Walmarts products!

THIS WAS THE WORST WALMART I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! This was my friend's birthday trip our first time in arizona. She turned 23 and I myself am 24. We are in a group of 21-24 year old women. We bought groceries and alcohol. I went to self checkout to buy a bottle I wanted for myself and I met my friends at the other register for the items we were splitting. We had 2 boxes of cut waters... the lady at the register asked for our IDs which was normal. I had to show mine for my bottle 5 seconds ago. She asked for everyone's ID and 3 out of 5 of us had ours on us we show it to her and she tells us we can't purchase it because our 2 friends didn't bring their ID. Since I had JUST purchased a bottle l asked if I can please have the box to then purchase it myself instead. She took the box away and got rude and said no we can't buy it thats it. We then asked if there is a liquor store nearby instead since we can't purchase here (We are visiting from nj and don’t know the area). She brushed us off so we asked her if we can just finish purchasing the groceries at least. We finish the transaction and I went ahead on my own to grab something else to drink as a replacement while my friends went to call an uber and go load our groceries. I then was told security was called on me and that I was being searched for…??? I am TWENTY FOUR and shared my ID and had purchased alcohol already within the same time of me being there and I was not allowed to purchase anything additional. The lady who checked us out had gotten rude and nasty to my friends when I had walked away. And this was just the worst part. In the same trip I wanted to buy press ons and could not get assistance to unlock anything for 20 minutes after trying to find a representative and pressing the button. Then she had to make me decide which one I wanted right away and had to walk me to a register for me to pay. I felt like the entire time we were there it was a strange crazy experience.

We visited Walmart Tempe on rural/southern. We had a friendly young man cashier named Harrish. We like the that the item we came for was stocked. !
