I had a feminine hygiene emergency. I went in to purchase what I needed. I asked to use the bathroom and the security guard said that the bathroom is for employees only. He was snotty about it. I saw the employees had a separate bathroom, fine. They have regular bathrooms but they’re closed. That’s not cool. I understand they probably do this due to the homelessness in the area but that’s not right. They don’t have any signage that indicates “no bathrooms open to the public”. I asked to speak the to the manager. He was nice but referred me to the bathrooms in a neighboring food court. I guess he tried to de-escalate the situation by saying that his employees use that bathroom too… like no they don’t. I literally saw one of the employees walk towards the employee bathrooms. I didn’t appreciate the lie. As a paying customer with a hygiene situation they should have let me in to the bathrooms on the floor for the customers instead of denying them. I won’t be returning to this store.

This location has by far the worst customer service of any Target I have visited. Based on my repeated negative experiences here, this appears to be a broader management, store culture and training issue rather than an isolated incident. I have consistently encountered issues at this location, including rude, dismissive, and unhelpful employees. This is especially frustrating because I have shopped at the West Hollywood Target location for five years without experiencing these kinds of problems. The difference in service quality is very noticeable, and this location falls far below the standard I would expect from Target.

One-stop-shop done right! Target has always curated great products, I hope to see better clothing brands with longer shelf life yet aesthetic. Best Wishes to your team.

Target is located on the lower level of the mall and it is big with both a Starbucks and CVS Pharmacy within. I enjoyed browsing the aisles and checking out what products are in stock. Clearance products are located at the end of the shelves and you might be lucky to find something there at a discount. Many of the pharmacy items were locked up and required a personnel to unlock it. There are both self-check out (that accepts card and cash) as well as in-person check-outs.

On April 12th I went to my local Target store and asked for help purchasing a Wifi hotspot. I was told the only device they had in stock was a Tracfone Wifi Hotspot. The lady who helped me did not ask where I was setting up the device to ensure service was available. I also purchased a $60, 30 day data card so that I could use the hotspot. I was also not told that the data card was not returnable. I went home, which is 4 blocks from the store, and set up the hotspot only to find out that there is no service in my area. I went back to the store to return both items and was told I could not get a refund for the data card. I call Target customer service and was told since the item was not returnable, there was nothing they could do. Even though I would not have purchase either item if the Target employee did their job properly. The gave the a $10 gift card as compensation. So now because Target does not train their staff properly, I am out $60.
