I am still in absolute total shock while writing this but I’m going to have to say that this Walmart is by far one of the best Walmarts I have ever been to in the country. It is always bustling with the local shoppers whom many are shopping as couples or families. I have also noticed sons who must be shopping for their mom or grandma. It’s a pleasure to see such a diverse community to have such a collective spirit. This morning I was even greeted with a “good morning Sir” by a sweet lady and her daughter while in the parking lot! Like what!? Where am I!? How cool is that!? I’ve also have picked up on that Management is constantly checking up on their Walmart coworkers and sending out positive vibes like “today is going to be a good day!” Now that’s what I’m talkin’ about! This definitely a community of people that go above and beyond to help bless each others lives.

This Walmart was a very disappointing visit overall. The store had an unpleasant odor that made it feel unclean, and the environment didn’t feel well maintained. Checkout was also frustrating cashiers were moving slowly and the lines were long, which made the wait time much worse. On top of that, the store felt dirty and disorganized, which made it difficult to shop comfortably or find what I needed. Overall, this location did not meet expectations, and based on this experience, I would not choose to return.

Jose S was so helpful and patient! Jose offered excellent customer service. He made sure I was comfortable and accepted me as a walk in even though they were short staff. I needed an oil change badly headed back to Arizona. And he made sure it was possible!! I didn’t mind the long wait it was worth it and I understood why there were only two workers and they both did an excellent job. They both were running the entire show. They both deserves a promotion! I witness two co workers working under pressure but they got the job done and they even squeezed me in a walk in who was at the wrong location. They could’ve denied me because of the heavy load. Yet they didn't turn me away and I am very grateful for that. You rock Jose S and Angel R. Keep up the extraordinary work! Yall did that today! Right on 👍 Walmart auto care center in Torrance California #5072 picked so great men to get the job done !

I recently visited this department store and had a very positive shopping experience. The store was spacious, clean, and well organized, making it easy to explore different sections without any confusion. The layout was clearly arranged, with clothing, electronics, home goods, cosmetics, and daily essentials all available under one roof, which made shopping very convenient. The variety of products available was impressive. The store offered a wide range of brands and items suitable for different budgets and preferences. I especially appreciated how easy it was to compare products and find everything I needed in one place without having to visit multiple shops. The shelves and displays were neatly maintained, which added to the overall pleasant shopping experience. The staff members were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout my visit. They assisted me in finding products, answered my questions patiently, and provided useful recommendations when needed. Their professional attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress free.

I SHOPPED ONLINE AND PURCHASED MY FIRST SET OF TRAVELHOUSE 3 PIECE HARD LUGGAGE SET WITH WHEELS AND HANDLES ON EACH! I CAN'T WAIT TO USE MY LUGGAGE FOR UPCOMING VACATIONS.. I GO ON ONE NEXT MONTH!!
