This Walmart had very helpful staff on the floor and willing to help me find merchandise. The restrooms were clean and not that long of lines. But I did have some issues with the price on racks did not match ring up price and casher did not want to do price check for me. So next time I will be taking photos. All and all it was a good shoping experience.

I had a really good experience at the Walmart Auto Center for my installation. Kim was absolutely awesome! Her customer service was excellent, and her energy was amazing. She was very helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth. Because of her great service, I will definitely be coming back to this Walmart again. Overall, the team did a great job and the installation went well. The only downside was one associate named Lorena, who was a bit rude and not very helpful. Aside from that experience, everything else was great and the service from Kim really stood out.

Walmart is one of those places that’s just okay. It’s convenient and usually has what you need in one stop, but it’s nothing special. Some visits are quick and easy, while other times the store feels crowded and unorganized. The prices are generally reasonable, which is probably the main reason people shop here. Customer service really depends on the day and the location. Sometimes employees are helpful, other times it’s hard to find someone when you need help. Overall, Walmart gets the job done if you need basic items at a decent price, but it’s not a place I go out of my way to visit. It’s pretty much a “whatever” kind of store.

Bakery staff is super rude and made me not ever want to request their services again. I received rude treatment by a lady named valerie. She was so rude i guess she was a little busy when we got there to place a cake order and my daughter and i were asking questions about the cake we wanted to order and after every question we had she would take a deep breath and roll her eyes. I just felt unapreaciated and a bit humiliated . Please show your employees to have respect to your customers and if they are having a bad day not to take it out on us . I will never buy anything in walmart bakery again. Thanks to their employee by the name of valerie at the santa fe springs location .

Waiting 25 minutes in the tools section and press the help bottom and then call from my cell phone to their operator finally came 25 minutes later to open the glass door to buy one simple things
