Review on pickup orders only! It's so convenient to just pull up and a walmart associate brings out my order. All the associates have been really nice and helpful and they'll load your stuff into your car if you need it. The parking spaces are spacious too. I would say the only occasional issue would be that I receive a message that my order is ready for pickup and when I get there, the associate that comes out will say an item I ordered is actually out of stock, (then it should show on the app so I don't waste time and money), but that's an issue for whomever is in charge of updating the app of the stores inventory. I also don't get a clear email/message if my money is returned when that happens, so I have to manually investigate it, which is a hassle. It's happened about 3 or 4 times. If they can fix that, it'd be great.

I lost my wallet in the store and the ladies in customer service were awesome! They took the time to look for it, and they found it! They went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it. I will return to the store to buy the items I had to leave behind, and because of the excellent customer service, I give this Walmart 5 stars, 10 if I could. Thank you so much to the ladies in customer service for taking the time to help me. You all are the best.

The large Walmart in Porter’s Ranch is well stocked and clean. I can pick up groceries along with other items. Their garden center is one of best around. I often pickup plants along with flower pots and supplies. Also their pharmacy is excellent with a large selection of other needs such as vitamins and supplements.

Your employee KEVIN is the most disrespectful, rude, and all around disgusting human being. We needed assistance and he automatically went and tried to help another customer who stated that my mother, great grandmother, and I were first. He responded with profanities, attitude, and in the process of "assisting" us, nudged my 91 year old great grandmother. She would have fallen if it weren't for plastic screen covering the cosmetics. When my mother went to customer service, they said they could not rectify the situation, and refused to give her the name of their store director. The person, Efrain, said she could call the 1-800 number, but there was nothing further they could do. We will be escalating this incident further as nobody has the right to act in such a manner.

I would get five stars for the manager, she was very helpful.The four stars is because we went two times in person to order a cake and the first time nobody was there to take orders, even though the bakery was open they said come tomorrow. The second time we went, I called beforehand to try to order over the phone, and they said you have to order in person not giving me any updates that there would be no availability to make an order for the cake and we have to drive long distance to get there. The manager was very great and we got to place the order. I hope they can fix the internal issues when trying to order with the bakery so there isn't so much time wasted, Just to find out there's no availability. We will keep you posted when we recive the cake and share photos.Thanks again to the manager with red curly hair.
