It's ok as long as you're paying attention to what you're buying. Specifically anything in plastic. I had to return a loaf of bread because upon opening it, there was ripped off pieces of the bag inside the bag. On further inspection, the end of the bag was riddled wirh holes. I went to look at bags if frozen veggies, and all of them had small punctures and tiny cuts in them. Every. Single. One. I spoke with a Team Lead and he said he'd talk to the Overnights manager, but said it could also be a vendor issue. No mention or action was made about removing the bags off of the floor. Those are gonna get someone sick one day.

In the past Walmart used to be some what better, now I still like the prices, it is still a great place to shop food is affordable, and automotive is low priced. Tonight was an issue though in Burbank. My son asked for help in electronics, Richard was his name, told my son gimmie min, and went back to looking at his coworkers phone. Then they started getting a line.. it took over 15 min to finally help him, they was an issue with walmart pay, then richard said he has to cancel and rescan everything to use another pay method. I worked retail registers and to be sure i looked it up. What i read was different from what he told my son. So he had to wait another 10 min to finally get his stuff. the only problem I have ever had at every Walmart this has been mostly Burbank, but also Moreno valley, Utah, and one other Walmart is waiting for someone to come open the merchandise door for products I was buying. This is every Walmart I have gone to. One time I just left. If they fix the issue with them employees being to busy, or just neglecting that , then im sure there would be more happy shoppers. . If you need to buy merch from behind the glass, expect to take a while. But tonight for my son was a bad experience. I understand it gets busy, but every Walmart and even on days that had little shoppers. But again Walmart has great deals, and great place to save money.

One of the best Walmart stores I have been to. Just beside the interstate 5 it's convenient to get off and get in. Good selection of produce and other stuff. It's jam-packed on weekends and getting a parking spot is very difficult. Otherwise it is really a good Walmart store.

Tonight we have received the best service ever from Samantha! 5 star Cashier service!! She was so patient with us after realizing we couldn’t use Apple Pay! We had a whole cart so we were distraught. But she is super knowledgeable and let us know we can download the Walmart app, add our card there and then pay. It took time but she helped us through it all and eased our anxiety. She was able to check out other guests while proactively helping us in such a caring way. She was speedy and helpful to all of us! After a long Monday the least you want is to end it on an even more stressful note, but Samantha really REALLY came through and made this experience a BREEZE!!! She is awesome and made us feel so grateful we chose her check out line. 10/10!! Will be coming back to this store now because of her! Thank you so much Samantha! You are an angel with a huge amazing heart

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart on Victory Blvd. in Burbank. I attempted to purchase several No Boundaries tank tops from a display clearly marked $2.00 each. There was no sign indicating a purchase limit and no notice that only certain colors were included in the sale. At checkout, I was told by staff and management that I could only purchase one shirt at the sale price and would have to pay full price for the rest. While discussing the issue, employees began removing the sale sign and would not honor the advertised price. To make sure I understood correctly, I went to another Walmart location the same day and was able to purchase multiple shirts at the advertised sale price without any problem. As a senior on a limited income, I found this experience frustrating and unfair. I had to spend extra time and gas driving to another store because the advertised sale was not honored. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better consistency and customer service in the future.
