yes the parking lot is huge and mostly full. yes the employees take awhile to open cabinets. the prices are hard to beat though. if you play your cards right, you still get a satisfactory experience. it took some time, but if you figure out which things are locked up you could order online & pickup at the store. about 75% of employees are doing their best, never mind attitudes. you’ll always have people upset at work. i go here often for grocery & some toiletries - some of those are also locked up, & i wait like everyone else. mens undergarments are locked up, i either order online or buy elsewhere. this last visit i used self checkout & the people before me took off without paying, left quick. staff understandably upset cussing under his breath, but continued to guide customers quickly to open stalls to checkout. it is what it is. this location is closest to home & i will continue to shop here.

I just had to speak with the store manager her name is Lorraine Concerning one of her employees over in the fragrance department, I brought my own bag. This employee informed me that I needed to bag my own items, When I told her I was going to speak with management concerning this, she took her badge and flipped it over, so I took a picture of her when she decided to put her hand in my face. I brought that to management attention, the look on her face was a look of disbelief, as if why would the employee make me do her Job that she’s paid to do. She said she’s gonna handle the situation but a one star is needed because This type of service should not be conducted at Walmart.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE DON'T COME HERE!!! Most of the employees walk around and speak to you as if they don't want to be bothered. They only want to focus on their task and nothing else. I called to make an appointment at the tire dept. And no one picked up. When my husband got there, he was approached by a rude serviceman saying service is strictly by appointment. When my husband stated that we tried calling, the employee said, "we don't have a phone" 🤨 How does each dept. Not have a phone? Either they do not want to work all parts of their job or management does not make sure each dept. Is running sufficiently. READING OTHER COMMENTS I DEFINITELY AGREE! WHY SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A LOCATION THAT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE IS THE NEW NORMAL. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO BETTER AND IMPROVE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

In my effort to avoid Amazon, I bought from Walmart for the first time One of the items I got arrived in a plastic bag with no box and was broken on arrival. I filled out the return form and then I drove to the store which is not very close to me. About a 30 minute drive. They refused to return the item saying their computer wouldn't let them. What? I show them the email with the bar scan code and the directions to get to their store. A supervisor came over and just said sorry ma'am. There's nothing we can do. You need to call customer service. Well this is stupid but fine. What's the phone number? Oh we can't give that to you. Are you kidding me? So you won't return an item despite the fact that your email tells me to come to your store before this date and you won't even tell me how to reach out to you? My first and last time ever shopping at Walmart. I knew it was an awful place but good God. Your owners are billionaires and you won't return a $30 item? I spend tens of thousands of dollars at Amazon a year. I know I'm a drop in the bucket at a place like Walmart but that $30 still cost you a lot more than $30. (ETA I found the phone number and talked to a wonderful customer service person on the phone. I got the money refunded without having to return the item again which was nice. Even though it's worthless trash. He also noted that the store messed up and there was no excuse for it, the item was well within the return window and eligible They're going to do an investigation so credit where it's due, the main customer service center fixed it and is going to look into why customer service at the store was so awful)

So many options even thought they say this is a small branch. For me as a filipino... this is quite big. The foods were fresh and had so many selections. Dried goods was even more extensive. 2 things i learn so far... their blue cheese was located separately from the rest. And we cannot buy beer after 10pm. Nonetheless... we were happy with our purchases
