Robert Chavez a month agoThis is my weekly shopping center. This Walmart has it all. And I mean it ALL. Great customer service, they don't make you wait 30 to 45 minutes to get something from behind the glass and loss prevention doesn't follow me around like I'm a criminal. The experience I get EVERY TIME. I come here is good. And I appreciate that and just that will keep me as a loyal customer. Thank you for the awesome customer service and experience.
Cesar Belifonte 4 months agoIt’s always packed here. Always packed! I go here as last resort to be honest. And I’m grabbing something fast and running out. Remember cash or debit cards. No Tap, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. They need to keep you with the times.
Sean Doyen a month agoI’m not someone who leaves negative reviews, I can count on one hand how many I’ve written, but this experience really needed to be addressed. My wife and I came in to pick up a couple of makeup items, which of course are kept behind locked glass. No problem there. We waited patiently while the attendant was helping other guests, but after about 10–15 minutes she disappeared, and it wasn’t clear if she was coming back. Things happen, stores get busy, and that part wasn’t the issue. The problem was the interaction that followed. I approached an employee named Camilla, who was stocking the area from a cart, and politely asked if someone could unlock the case so we could get what we needed. Without even looking at me, she responded with an attitude and said, “I don’t work in this department.” That was it, no offer to call someone, no attempt to point us in the right direction, no basic courtesy. At that point, we didn’t bother waiting any longer. We put back the items in our cart and left. Customer service isn’t about knowing every answer or covering every department, it’s about effort. A simple “Let me find someone who can help you” would have completely changed the experience. Instead, we were met with dismissiveness and zero willingness to assist. If Walmart is going to lock up items, the least they can do is ensure their staff is willing to help customers access them. This visit missed the mark entirely.
Ronnie L 2 months ago“I really enjoy shopping at this Walmart location. The store was very well stocked, and I had no trouble finding what I needed. The shelves were full and organized, which made the whole shopping experience smooth and easy. Prices were reasonable and fair compared to other stores in the area, which I definitely appreciate. The only downside was the pre-cut celery I purchased. When I got home and opened the bag, about four pieces at the end were rotten. It seemed like the package may have been sitting for a while, which was disappointing since I couldn’t use all of it. Aside from that issue, everything else about my visit was positive—great selection, good prices, and a clean, well-maintained store. I would still rate this location 4.5 out of 5 stars and would shop here again.”
Ophelia Noble 3 months agoNo one goes for excellence or an enjoyable experience, they go to get things done elsewhere. Receipt checkers are always nice, many workers are receptive and accommodating to customers who may be struggling, even if they’re doing something else like stocking or just in conversation. Product return works out for the most part but is unreasonably slow for a line of one person. I HATE that there’s no tap, because reasonably, many people are uncomfortable bringing cards/cash with them wherever they go. Aisles are indeed very tight, not sure if that’s normal for Walmart as I predominantly shop at this one. But with locked products, no one comes when buttons are pressed for assistance. It has happened multiple times to me. This is either a management or corporate issue involving exploiting employees and relegating responsibilities, I don’t blame the workers for this. But I did witness obnoxious behavior from a cashier named “ViVi”. A customer was in line and asked for assistance regarding button pressing and receiving no assistance. The cashier decided to correct the customer and essentially dismiss the issue as not their responsibility as a cashier, before actually going off to find assistance. …A customer was having trouble and the response was to correct them before actually helping? Instead of simply sympathizing and communicating with coworkers for assistance?
