I came into Walmart earlier today ( 4/15 ) and witnessed this worker being rude to an elderly lady. I was shopping down the cereal aisle when I saw an older lady looking for something. Then, this worker randomly walks down the same aisle we are in and the elderly lady turns to her and says “ excuse me can you help me” and the worker had such an ugly serious mad looking face and said “ no, I’m on break” and the lady proceeded to say “ I just want to know where I can find ..” and before she finished her sentence the worker had continued to walk off and interrupt her saying “ no idk “ the poor lady looked confused and looked right at me. So, I decided to help her. I asked what she was looking for and she said honey so I took her to the honey section. I shouldn’t have to be doing the job of an employee who seems so miserable working. She could’ve easily answered the lady’s question. And tbh I think she lied about being on break because you clock in and out in the back. She was already back from break and just had to grab her stuff up front to come back to her area to stock which was up the same aisle the elderly lady and I were in. It’s employees like this who are the reason why shoppers who come in the store happy actually leave the store upset and unsatisfied. This lady needs to find some peace and happiness. She’s always looking mad and upset. Or maybe find a different job that she actually likes.

Hello everyone I didn’t get help at the make up shelves after I had been pressing the buttons many time and asked for help in person 2 times for about 30 minutes today from 9:30-10pm on 5/23. As I understood that the guy who was working at this make up area did have the key to open the glass door so he just ignored my ring of the buttons . The lady who helped me said that she couldn’t find the key or who kept the keys and I must get the stuff quick since her work end in 2 minutes. I was rusting to get some stuff then after I paid I asked another lady who is the manager since I didn’t feel happy shopping her. She said , she worked at the front a cashier and she kept the keys but she was in the office so nobody could find her or the keys. That was my experience shopping here. This store is nearby my home . Next time I will drive to target where I can pick up the products, read the information before I choose it and I won’t have to wait for help or being upset like today. For other customers who still want to buy anything inside the glass shelves with k Keys. You better walk to there with a worker and ask them stay there with you while you are shopping . For the manager, please hire more workers to help us shopping since we need times to read the information before we choose the product. Also Who are using their phone but not helping customers, please do your job better. You need this this job. This bussiness need you and customers need a good store in this neighborhood. I hope this letter can improve your customer service. As a shopper , I don’t want to drive to target just to buy things you have in this store. This is not the first time I have trouble waiting for help. Many people around here has same problem. Here is my receipt number. You can find me in The camera while I am shopping there. James is hands-down the best! He is incredibly kind and has a fantastic personality. He makes my pickup experience fast, easy, and his positive energy and kindness are consistent every time I pick up an order. I like this Walmart because its close to my house and has a variety of items. The reason I have it 3 stars because I dont like the self checkouts. The customers waiting behind you while you checkout your groceries have no concept of personal space. They stand pretty much elbow to elbow to you, watching everything you do. Its happened every time I used the checkout and its uncomfortable. I wish Walmart creates a please wait here boundary, so at least you can comfortably use the self checkout.
