Very nice experience with variety of grocery kitchen utencil and general items. Very humble staff friendly service and invariant. Bathroom needs to be tidy.

The manager on duty David - during a Pokémon release allowed an aggressive customer to skip everyone who had been waiting outside the store for hours politely to purchase product before us. The aggressive customer skipped multiple people in line, grabbed an ENTIRE box of product despite the 5 per person limit that is consistent at each store and proceeded to hide product throughout the store. Rather than enforcing the line and being the leader that his role as a manager should entail he called the cops and told us there was no line, its first come first serve. If I’m not mistaken that’s how lines work, first come first serve. I’ve visited multiple Walmarts before including other locations and never seen a manager stand down and allow an aggressive customer to skip everyone in line and completely disregard any type of order. The manager refusing to deescalate the aggressive customer is why the cops needed to be called he simply could have told him to join in the line in order like the rest of us as we were all respecting each other until this customer arrived. This aggressive customer had multiple people with him hiding product throughout the store and despite us letting David know about this he did nothing. David should not be a manager. Management positions require leadership, backbone and the ability to deescalate situations- David displayed none of these and in fact added to the chaos and now has me questioning if I would ever like to spend my hard earned money at another Walmart location again.

The customer services at front was horrible, I had a hair product for 2.75 but apparently was wrong price, the cashier tried to call the supervisor Ashley however she was unable to contact, I don’t want to hold the line and after pay for my groceries I went to customer services to find out about the price/ price match, the African American at the customer services was so unprofessional and let me talking by myself, she was like; the price is wrong, next. The worst part was that supervisor Ashley was there and ignored the whole thing. Poor customer services.

Stopped by the Walmart in Seffner and it was a pretty average experience. The store had most of the items I needed, but a few shelves were empty and it took a little while to find what I was looking for. The store was fairly busy and the checkout lines were a bit slow, though the employees were polite when I interacted with them. Overall it wasn’t a bad visit, just your typical Walmart trip — convenient but a little crowded at times.

The absolute worst Walmart I have ever been to. Did one pick up order and not only did we not get all of the items that they stated we would get. Some came open (Bread/Bacon/honey..etc). I really hope there is a change soon, I will not be shopping here again and I wouldnt recommend anyone else do either.
