I used to love this location, until as a theft-deterrent measure, basically everything I buy is locked behind glass. The employees, even on a non-busy workday, aren’t very attendant to the call button, especially if you want laundry detergent. When they do arrive, they are short and dismissive, like I’m disturbing them. Twice I’ve waited over 15 minutes to buy a bottle of Cheer; today, I waited 10 and then walked out. I’m not doing this any more. Attn. WalMart : You’re a massive company; you can figure out a better way to do this. I suspect I’m not the only one walking out without everything I intended to buy - I walked 4 blocks away to Publix and bought my detergent there.

-I liked the variety of products they offer. I found everything I needed in one place. -Customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. -I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the establishment. It was easy to find what I needed. -I found some products at very good prices. I liked the offer of discounts and promotions.

I initiated an online product return, just as I have done in the past. On two separate occasions, they were unable to process it due to a system issue. They offered me no alternative, simply stating that the return could not be completed because "the system wouldn't allow it." I called customer service, but I was answered by an AI that was unable to resolve anything. I was left stuck with a product I cannot use because neither human agents nor the AI ​​could find a solution. Given this poor service, I will think carefully about where I spend my money in the future—specifically, I will look for a place that offers a reliable warranty.

Very poor customer service experience. Today I attempted to complete a grocery purchase totaling approximately $650, but my health benefits card would not go through at checkout. I asked the cashier to please look for other possible options, as this exact situation has happened to me before at Walmart and it was resolved without issues. I even explained how it had been handled in the past. She initially said she was “just a cashier” and could not help. Then she told me the only solution was to rescan the entire order, which was unreasonable given the size of the purchase. When I expressed my concern about the lack of willingness to help, she responded in a dismissive manner and said she was the manager and knew what she was doing, leaving no room for discussion. Due to the poor service and lack of support, I left the entire order at the store out of frustration and went to Publix, where the same payment went through without any problem. This was a very disappointing experience. There was no effort to provide customer service or find a solution. I do not plan to return to this location.

I love grocery shopping here the staff are very friendly and they know me very well every time I come to buy vegetables for my bunny rabbits a very nice and very helpful I love this Walmart I just wish they had the 96 oz bags of Timothy Hay instead of the small ones
