I bought a Kent 26" Bayside bicycle on 9/28/2025 and a 3-year extended warrantee. When the back wheel stopped working (rubbing against frame), 2 gears didn't work, and spoke broke under normal use, I contacted manufacturer & warrantee company. Allstate (extended warrantee) stated they did not cover anything within first year of purchase. Kent requested video of issue then claimed issue is not covered by 6-month warrantee. The store does not stand behind their merchandise and my complaints to the store manager and general store feedback were ignored. Walmart should not sell expensive items that they do nothing to help the consumer. The bike with warrantee cost $285.95. This is not cheap and should last longer than 5 1/2 months. It is easy to offer products then put the blame on others. Be good to your consumers. K-Mart and Sears thought they would be around forever but they are not.

Excellent service, and I am very happy to have returned to this Walmart, where I previously reviewed the bad work of the automatic box system and at the moment, although this model of the system is still somewhat disorganized, I must say that I had to arrive urgently in the area of car batteries and thank God I had the help of a young worker who helped me with my request, add that this young man, despite not knowing much about our language, has an effort. It was a lot to understand me and even for me personally, it was also very helpful in learning some Spanish. I am eternally grateful to the young Christian, hopefully my next return will be for that apartment, but I think if I had to go to another apartment, I would look for him to help me. I repeat, thank you, Mr Cristian, for your help.

I’ve been to a lot of Walmart stores over the years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I came in early to exchange an item I had purchased, and there were only about three employees working the front. I asked the cashier how to return my item, and she told me I had to go to customer service. When I went there, I was told customer service doesn’t open until 8 AM. I stood there waiting for at least 30 minutes, and not once did anyone approach me to offer help. I even saw someone who appeared to be a supervisor, but they never asked if I needed assistance. I was being sent back and forth with no clear solution, and eventually I gave up and decided I’d rather go to another Walmart. What I don’t understand is that people want jobs, but when they get those jobs, they’re either not properly trained or they simply don’t try to help customers. Customer service is extremely important. It’s one of the main reasons many retail stores struggle or close—because customers don’t feel valued. If you work in customer service, going above and beyond shouldn’t be optional. It should be part of the job. Very disappointing experience.

I was passing by and needed a couple items, one was nail polish. When I got to cosmetics, I discovered this Walmart has all cosmetics locked up and you have to chase the one person there to get what you want, while she ignores you. It wasn’t even that there was lots of customers, which was surprising for this location on a Saturday. I think I was the wrong nationality to get assistance because others didn’t seem to have a problem. I left the department got a couple other items and came back and waited till she could not ignore that I want something out of the case. Then she says you have to pay for it here and she took the polish to the register. Like I’m would run off with a nail polish at my age and size. I had her ring up all my items. NEVER AGAIN almost 30 mins to get something I could have gotten myself in 2 mins. I hope losing customers offsets what you were losing in shrinkage in the cosmetic department. Again the whole store was dead empty for a Saturday afternoon 3/21/26 and after my experience I can see why!
