OMG! This Walmart is off the chain..... I just wanted to walk around and buy stuff 😝🤪😜😛🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 New Orleans is serious about the Saints, I was gonna buy a bag of chips just for the bag it was in but I didn't 🤭 Oh! I did buy Me some shirts to take back to My new Home state... Still a Saints fan though... Oh! And the police at the door 9/27 @ 9pm -11pm was a cutie pie 😊😁

If I could leave -199 stars I would. They have clearance tags on some of the products but when you get to the register it doesn't ring up properly and they WILL NOT honor the price that is on the tag! And do not try to help at all they just say oh well that's the price. Terrible customer service!!!! I hate it there!! Never again!!

My card declined at the store, and the cashier was so gentle, nonjudgmental, and most of all PATIENT with me while I fixed the issue. I almost cried because I thought I would have been made fun of or judged, but she sat there and waited with a genuine smile on her face. I could not be more appreciative of her. Thank you, Walmart cashier whose name I forget.

Thrisha has terrible customer service was not friendly at all. We tried to be vocal about our concern over a coupon on a product you sell, and she looked and answered to us in a very rude tone. If employees don’t feel like going to work or if she just had a bad day, we as customers should not be experience or be treated with nasty behavior as a previous employer in customer service and retail, I worked and respected everyone and anyone not just my coworkers even though as human beings we are not perfect. My family did not deserve to be treated as we did on this visit to Walmart we’ve noticed that ever since we moved to New Orleans employees here are always mad and annoyed with customers. Employee at customer service had a long face as well until I informed her that I was going to be giving a complaint over the worker in self checkout. If the supervisor has an attitude, I would not expect for an employee to be any different.

I love the cool, chic, UTD look at this walmart store. The employees greeted me w a smile,they were courteous and willing to help. Kudos to Ms. Journe who made my day!
