Wednesday May 13, 2026 7:15pm only 3 cashiers working, only 2 self checkout working. Literally watched 3 different people throw down items and walk out vs waiting these ridiculous long lines. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!! Took over 30 minutes to check out a simple TV, and then had to wait again to get the stupid security tag off of it.

This is for the electronics department. I was waiting for 10 minutes just to have the guy tell me he doesn’t have the key to unlock the peg and that he couldn’t check people out. I was told come back at 5pm to get it. I already waited for 10 min and you want me to wait longer. This is why other people just rip it off. Waste of time with electronics honestly

The people at customer service are extremely rude and clearly don’t want to make things right when instructions have been followed correctly for a return process. The “manager” for the customer service desk needs to be fired because she has absolutely no customer service skills at all. I also tried getting a pool vacuum that was locked and was told by multiple people that they couldn’t unlock it with no one trying to help find the person who could. Does everyone here lack customer service skills?

Customer service manager is so unprofessional. I went to return a coffee pot and was told they couldn't take it back because they don't carry them anymore in the store and I didn't have the receipt. I understood that, but asked to speak to the manager. I wanted to see if they could pull up to see when was the last they carried it. The cashier looked over to the lady that was sitting behind the counter, beside the check out with her head down on the counter. I asked her the question and she didn't even sit up to answer me. Just don't understand why Walmart allows this employees to be in a position of Customer service Manager. So unprofessional... Date: 04/30/26 time: 1:36 pm.

Get your accusatory lady from checking the receipts. She is on the home and pharmacy side as the receipt checker December 14 at 12:30. Your self checkout machine #25 didn’t print me a receipt even though I pressed “print receipt”. Also the lady behind me at #24 didn’t print her receipt either. I paid and the lady was so rude when I tried to walk out the doors. I mean what do you want me to do? It didn’t give me a receipt so how am i supposed to show her a receipt. Also I’m not required to show any body anything so she really doesn’t need to act like the police.
