This one has always been bad, even the venders and reps. I was glancing at the sports card aisle today and was physically restrained and rudely told that I can wait a minute because she has to take a picture. No, you are not above customer service. If you were in a shop that was setting up a display, you surely would take a look. This is disrespectful and I want information to the venders. I took my picture too. This location is one of the worst Walmarts in the city because their staff likes to gossip about guests in front of them, and the security likes to video tape customers and yell at them 20 minutes before close that they can’t come in. This location needs to be managed closer. The only thing good about it is the tire service.

I initially took my car in for a tire change, but they wouldn't put the tires on because I was missing some screws. After I showed them the screws, they came up with another excuse. When they realized they couldn't keep making excuses, they claimed they didn't have the rubber tires in stock, even after my car was already inside for the service. The manager, who was quite rude, simply refused to assist me, lying about the situation. This was an incredibly frustrating experience and I found the service to be disgusting.

I had a great experience with Annette in the photo department this afternoon. She was busy, but took the time to help me with a problem with my order, and showed me how to use the kiosk for some additional items I will need. She is a great listener and teacher. Excellent customer service!

Walmart made a mistake today by placing these chickens in this spot for 8.94 which are originally $22. They do not have to acknowledge their mistake and give you it for that price, which Crystal Brown, manager, made it very clear and then told us to get out of “her store”. She was rude. Then comes “Coach” Rich who said we couldn’t talk to him because she told us to leave and we need to “get out”. I tried just talking about the situation but they both were rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service. I will not be ever going back to Walmart, due to these 2.

I bought a Brother swing machine when I took to home unboxed shocked I saw it's a different brand machine I tried to return it, but they didn’t accept it, so trust me it’s a scam. Especially their manager's he’s (Tony)
