I would open with 'To whom it may concern' but that is truly laughable because everyone I encountered in your store today was not the least bit concerned about ANYTHING (except for the sweet cashier that checked me out at ONE of the TWO registers open)!!! In the restroom, an employee exited the stall, I walked in, it was a total freaking mess, I mentioned the mess...no reply. She walked out, she WAS NOT concerned. I went over to health and beauty, I see a nice man asking an employee where to locate an item, she was looking at him with a look of disdain, he said "I guess I'll find it." So I asked her where something was, as she hurried away, she turned and looked at me, as she kept walking. She WAS NOT concerned. I'm thinking your associates may benefit from a few customer service refresher courses and definitely health benefits that cover hearing aids, because damn, I think there's a real problem there. I can't wait for everyone to realize that Walmart needs us way more than we need you. Any-hoo, my feet will not cross your threshold again. I'm sure you're not concerned, I'm only one person, right? (oh, by the way, the nice man that got absolutely no help from your employee, pointed me in the direction of my item, and then asked me if I'd found it.)

Had the best experience shopping yesterday with my daughter! Connie and Sandra were so very helpful and patient! They both definitely made our Walmart experience better while looking throughout the hair care aisles. Very personable and kind employees! I tried to leave a review through the QR code on the back of my receipt but unfortunately it would not scan. Thank you again Connie and Sandra!!

Can you make customer service part of your training program because I’m getting sick and tired of being looked at right in my face and blatantly ignored every time I go to the hot food area. Customer service is really easy to teach that the common 4 year old can comprehend and exhibit basic human decency. It must be nice working in an environment where customer care isn’t a priority and your job is secure no matter how shitty of employee you are.

They’ve torn most of the price tags off of their clothing and not hung signage so there is no way to know the price of anything. This is nothing more than misleading underhanded sales and shows an utter lack of respect for the shoppers.
