Lloyd 3 weeks agoThis Walmart on l street was phenomenally clean. The employees were kind, courteous and helpful. But prices can't be beat anywhere else. It was an overall amazing shopping experience. I strongly suggest if you need to pick up any household. Items, food or other items to go to this Walmart it will be an experience that you will not regret
Katie Marie 9 months agoHorrible customer service today with Dolly. As I was checking out today, a lady in an electric scooter was checking out in the register next to me. She was clearly struggling as she was paying with cash. There were very few people checking out, as Walmart was not busy at this time. I stopped my check out my items and step over to help this handicapped lady read her screen. At this time there were still not any lines or customers waiting to check out. The lady continued to put cash in the machine to cover her balance. As I was helping this lady, the Walmart Associate Dolly was sweeping in the area. Dolly then came to me and said “don’t worry about this customer, you need to finish your check out”. I responded saying, it was fine, that the lady needed some help, and I had nothing but time to help her. Dolly then got frustrated and told me to go back to my register. I responded, with I am not in any hurry, there are no customers needing to check out, there are registers open all around as I pointed at all of the empty registers. She continued to tell me the lady could “figure it out herself” and “she needs to do it herself”. About this time, 2 young males associates walked up laughing and joking and Dolly turned to them and said “perfect timing, I’m about to push this one out” as she gestured towards me. The lady finished her payment and began thanking me for my help. That’s when I noticed she had left her bag of groceries in the baggage area. As I was asking her if she wanted me to put her groceries in her cart, she thanked me again and said “yes, oh my gosh, it’s been such a bad day”. While offering her hope that her days gets better, I reached to grab her bag and tucked it in the basket of her electric scooter. Dolly stepped forward between the basket and me and proceeded to sweep my foot with her broom. I decided to finish my scanning and bagging without any further communication with Dolly. But as I was walking out and past Dolly, I simply asked her what her name was. Her respond was to throw her arms straight up in the air while yelling very loud “OH MY GOD” as she walked away without providing her name. This disturbance caused the other associates to look at Dolly. I then asked one what her name was, he was able to provide me with her name. I thanked him and left. This is very unprofessional. And very unacceptable. Dolly knew better than to behave in this manner. This lady was using an oxygen machine, on a scooter and clearly struggling. I believe these associates need to step forward and help in a time of need rather than allow confrontation. And to sweep a customers feet is ridiculous.
Alvarez Alvarez 3 months agoThe other day, the lines to pay were long, and there were a lot of employees just standing around chatting—and only one cashier. I mean, it’s as if they don’t want to ring people up anymore; they just want customers to check themselves out. That’s just wrong. Everything else, though, was fine.
Brad Dieckmann 4 months agoQuick stop for chx breast and cookies. In and out in ten minutes. Self checkout.. no human interaction required lmao. Place was busy for sure!
Jackie a month agoI slipped and fell because there was detergent spilled that I didn’t notice on the floor with no wet floor sign posted. Employees were nearby and seemed aware of the spill, but nobody warned customers. This was extremely unsafe and could have caused a serious injury.
