I came in to purchase craft materials and had a disappointing experience. I pressed the assistance button and waited approximately 15 minutes without help. I then approached an employee for assistance unlocking a case. Unfortunately, the employee was not very friendly and seemed to have an attitude. I also asked about the price of an iron-on vinyl item, as it appeared to be labeled at $22. She told me it was $32. However, when I scanned the item myself using my phone, it showed $22. This inconsistency, along with the lack of helpful service, made the experience frustrating. As a Walmart+ member, I expect better customer service and clearer pricing. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve both customer assistance and employee interactions in the future.

Don't come here for hot wheels it's been like this for over two weeks, ask an employee to see if they have any boxs in the back or to see a manager about this issue since it's a long on going issue and get no resolution of the issue because management never shows up. I will be forwarding these images to mattel with this Walmarts location and let them know Walmart isn't selling or attempting to sell there products properly.

No Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk😓. I walked in specifically to get that. The store really does not seem to carry large apples or many other large fruits😓. I actually found smaller sweet potatoes this time🤣. This store seems to have less fresh and frozen fruit & vegetables than some of the other Walmarts🥺. Some prices on produce were rolled back.😀 But there definitely seemed to be an unending selection of highly process foods for every type imaginable.😓 The store was very clean and uncluttered😀. Both staff & customers were very positive😀. Parking was easy at a less busy time of day. Today's shopping trip was very stress free for me. And I had a lovely cashier from South Susan wait on me. So I still gave the whole experience a 5.🤣

Less than favorable Walmart. Was in garden center, asked if their registers were open, the kid said yes, I bent down picked up a bag of soil and walked over and he says 'oh sorry, were actually closed'.... I said 'even if I pay with a card' he said ya, so okay well then do you at least have a cart over here? No joke he walks to a nearby carts and pushes in -in my direction- .... Not to me, just in my direction, so I went and caught it with my foot while holding a bag of soil and the other crap I had grabbed and walked all the way back to the ever so crowded self checkout lanes. Also, the young door greaters there, not really useful for anything except hiding in the corner on their phones. I have walked around abandoned wheel chair carts just left in the middle of an exit door way. Not in front of, in the way of, a sliding door.... Just get off your phone for 3 seconds and move the cart. I get that they need to scrutinize every receipt but seriously edderly and at risk people can't get through the door.

This store sucks. Everything is locked up thermometer, headlight blubs, no one has keys, or if you ask thats not their department. Then you go and lock one side let people walk through the door but wouldnt let me go out it quick standing there as people are coming in. Rude staff 90% of the time. I just got off a long shift. Already had to go from pharmacy side to the baby aisle to get a thermometer cause no one is around or not their department, check out on that side go to walk out the door I came in let people but wouldn't let me walk out real quick. Had to go back to the other side and back to the other just for a damn thermometer. Walmart do better worried about people stealing dont have 2 entry ways then.
