We go to Walmart a lot since they have a lot of organic food. But, this Walmart in the last several years has changed. Even though they carry a lot of the food we like the atmosphere has changed. It’s becoming like a Third World country inside this Walmart. When you leave and pass by what used to be greeters are now looking you up and down to make sure you’re not stealing something. It’s not very comfortable. It’s unfortunate.

I frequent this location because I live in the area. Tonight I was looking for a specific brand of melatonin and couldn’t find it. I caught Kevin & the store manager (forgot his name) so I asked. Kevin quickly found them after showing them both the brand on the Walmart app. The store manager and I chatted about the app and Walmart+ a bit. They were both helpful and funny. Honestly, I appreciate that—makes it more personal. I’ll go out of my way to say hi to them or ask for help in the future.

I’m mainly writing a review because I couldn’t find the store manager Saturday but also I’ve seen this “shift lead” or whatever she may be rude to employees too many times. Her name is Lexi. I was in Saturday to grab a birthday card. While standing in self check out line waiting Lexi comes over an asks the employee rudely “why aren’t these on” talking about two registers. She was rude and was slamming baskets around and I dont know what else. The gentleman jumped and said he didn’t know why they weren’t. She got them on. Walks up to the employee and rudely asks him what side he wants to be on. She was out of line with me once and I’ve seen her do it to her coworkers too many times. She’s very condescending and surely doesn’t need to be in customer service. She’s very condescending really needs a reality check. People like her are how you lose good employees. I’m mad I didn’t get the guys name. He was doing his job well and how she handled The situation was out of line. Next time be sure to say something to her Once again, her name is Lexi

So I have to write a second review for two reasons I wanted to correct myself that it is ALEX who is the man with great customer service. I was in there today and of course couldn’t find something and it just so happens that Alex is nearby busy, but willing to help and with a smile. Dudes really cool too!

This location messed up my Spark order. Associate never came to my car. Very incompetent. I got two out of 10 of orders because the associate gave my order away. Do your jobs correctly. Next time I am asking for a supervisor.
