It was fine. The subway girls were awesome. Lin made my sandwich perfectly just how I like it with a nice presentation. And they took my coupon. She was adorable!

I visited the Walmart store with the location starting with 3267 to pick up my order and ended up waiting for almost two hours without anyone assisting. There were many people in the same situation, and it’s clear that the management of the pickup area is the main issue. This problem has persisted for years, and I strongly believe they need to replace the manager in charge. I would highly recommend opting for delivery instead, as it’s far more convenient and saves you a lot of time. Overall, I do not recommend this store for pickup.

When I arrived for an oil change I'd scheduled days in advance, I was told that they were out of the oil filter my car uses, and I would have to go buy one. I asked why no one told me in advance--no answer. I asked why no one from the store would go get the filter--no answer. I needed the oil change, so I got the filter. While it was happening, I asked to speak to the auto service manager. The employee I was talking to started to tell me where he was, and then quickly said that the manager was at lunch, and he didn't know when he'd be back. At this point, I called customer service. I was assured things would be made right. Nearly a week later, I've heard nothing.

I shop at this location 2,3 times a week. Usually a pleasant experience. However, today I went through the entire store and not one greeting. I went to self checkout and a manager and team member talked.. no greeting! I finished scanning and pd my $108 total. I brought it to to attention of the managers (two managers at this time) that no one greeted me. The managers looked puzzled...and said nothing!! The team member apologized and wished me a better day. Two other team members at register s spoke, on my way out. I'm big on customer service and everyone should be greeted, every time.

Walmart keeps bombarding me with "You could win $1000 for taking our survey" emails. Complete bullshit. Has anyone ever won the money or know anyone who has? No because it is a complete scam!
