I used Scan & Go and scanned all of my items correctly. While I was at the register about to complete payment and bag my items, an employee told me I was not scanning the items after scanning an apple. I then showed him that I had scanned them. I explained that I was using Scan & Go and that I still needed to bag my items and complete payment. Despite this, the interaction continued in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. This situation could have been easily resolved by calmly confirming the Scan & Go process or checking the screen or digital receipt. Better training and communication would greatly improve the customer experience. Employees should approach customers with more patience and a calmer attitude.

Cudos to the bakery! I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday from this location and I just wanted to comment that it turned out great. It was a huge hit with the kids and was very cute.The monster truck prop actually works

Came in for toothpaste… somehow left with snacks, socks, a phone charger, and questions about my self-control. The staff was helpful, checkout was smooth, and the store had pretty much everything I didn’t know I needed. Classic Walmart experience—dangerous for the wallet, convenient for everything else. 10/10 would wander the aisles again.

Every single shopping experience at this location is negative. The employees always seem shocked when you ask them a question for help finding something and the prices always ring up wrong and they will never honor their mistakes of stocking things incorrectly or mislabeling clearance items even when their employees are the ones that do it. I asked the front end checkers to price check something that rang up differently than the sign and they said that I can go ask at customer service and they have no ability to help. The manager finally went and checked and then proceeded to argue that I hadn't checked the UPC numbers between the product even though it had been stocked incorrectly. No apologies no solution just defensive. Wal-Mart is such an unpleasant place and not worth the minimal savings it provides. There is no accountability for their employees and zero pride in their work.

This definitely wasn't one of the best Walmarts that I've ever been to. A lot of the items that we were looking at had no prices on neither the product nor the shelf. We couldn't find the price checking machines anywhere either. I was able to find an employee who helped me out a couple of times, but the young man who checked us out was rude, impatient, and had absolutely no customer service skills.
