Casey of the Meat Department stopped to ask me if I was doing okay, It is an awesome thing that Casey took time during his shift to assist me without me asking! Casey helped me with meat selection for the Memorial Day Weekend, I am VERY HAPPY With His Tips and Knowledge, I can't wait to start my Grill up for a family and friends feast!

Busy location but the staff was friendly and helpful. Phil, in the automotive dept, went out of his way to grab a ladder and get some Platinum DEF off of the top shelf for us. He even wished us a Happy Easter! Very impressed for a busy holiday weekend.

Walmart had everything we needed and more. The jewelry counter staff were especially helpful, and we were able to find all the items for our gift quickly and easily. There were plenty of cashiers available, which made checkout smooth. A special thanks to Avi, who went above and beyond to make the experience even better. Overall, a great holiday shopping experience!

Was shopping at this particular location and was just trying to navigate the aisles on a busy Saturday. I get to one aisle and a big guy named Erick appeared to be stocking shelves or something of that nature, and he's talking to a customer. Between her cart and his large restocking cart, they were blocking the entire aisle. I said "Excuse me." and he went off. Couldn't I see that he was helping a customer. I should just be patient. Never mind that I was standing there for awhile. I tried to be patient but he made no effort to move his cart. So rude. I hope this isn't common practice at this facility. I expect better customer service than what I received.

I recently visited my local Walmart to find a Christmas gift and had a pretty frustrating experience in the kitchen department. Unfortunately, the associate who helped me, named Shaleza, seemed really dismissive from the start. When I asked for help locating a product I knew was supposed to be in stock, she kind of brushed me off and made it sound like I was bothering her. I showed her that the app said it was in stock, she responded that if it’s not on the shelf then it’s not available in a really condescending tone. I’m writing this review specifically to bring this to the management team’s attention, because I think customers deserve a friendlier and more helpful interaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for others. Thank you.
