This is the best Walmart in Albuquerque! There is barely ever a long wait in line, and the employees are super accommodating and friendly. And despite it being smaller than the Walmart down the street, I never have any issues finding the items I need on my grocery list. I only knocked down one star because the few times Ive needed something behind the glass, Ive waited ages for an associate to show up. I don’t know if that’s a process issue or just a Walmart thing in general. Other than that, I’ve always had a good experience here.

I do most of my groceries here. It’s an excellent location, and the staff has been nothing but great. Minus one star for their new checkout arrangement. I liked it better when there were more self-checkout lines. Now there are only 4 self-checkout machines, and restricted to 15 items or less. The new arrangement sucks - do not come during a busy time.

The manager of daytime security " Mike" he looks like a north valley Bandido....yeah. That dude, he is the best damm human on this holy fricken earth. I lost my wallet today, and my mom is throwing a fit on the phone about not having any food. Mike over heard my pleading and he baought me a large box of cereal out of his own pocket. No shit people. MIKE IS AMAZING.

Well I want to buy some stuff for the house and I spent close to $400 of stuff from Walmart and I asked the manager could you help me get all this stuff outside two baskets full overflowing!!! It was when Walmart was shutting down and all of them were standing around!!! It would have took 5 minutes for one person to help me, the manager could have just walked right out the door that's where my truck was!!! So I can't recommend this one they get the lowest score!!! There's definitely some ones around there that will give you better service!!!...👎👎👎👎👎😇😎✝️

Not giving a 1 star because it was only 1 employee who treated us poorly at this location. Just because the worker named GENE was horrible to us, maybe his co-workers will know about him or be better than him. The first visit Gene asked my wife and I (as we may even be new faces to the neighborhood) to check our receipt. Totally understandable. The second visit he stood up from sitting down (while customers were on their way out) as we were leaving and asked us for our receipt. After the interaction I scoffed and my wife and I are like, wow, he really is profiling us. The 3rd visit on our way out Mr. GENE the super wal mart worker gets up from sitting down, again, and asks for our receipt. At which time I say aloud "Are you kidding me?". My wife then says to him "You'll be seeing a lot of us as we are new to the neighborhood", where this unprofessional jerk asks my wife her name. As many many customers are passing by while he is not checking any other receipts before or after us. Not nice to move somewhere and be treated this way because of whatever way we look. Did call and speak to a co worker of his who would not get the manager or supervisor, said he was the manager, and would let the higher ups know. Poor service
