Normally I always have a pleasant experience with my prescriptions. However upon my doctors request I was told to call about a gel/cream that was denied by my insurance and see what the cash/good rx price would be. I called and spoke to a woman that was very rude and talked down to me, her name starts with a K that’s all I’ll say. If I decide to use them again I guess I’ll have to remember not to ask any questions

Employees smoking cigarettes right by the entrance so now the whole lobby stinks. No one wants to smell that nasty stuff so please make sure your employees aren’t taking smoke breaks right by the front door. Gross.

If you have a paper ID they will not take. I had my base pass on me as well. I’ve had so many issues at this location to them not honoring sale prices and can not get help when in need because things are behind glass.

I’m only posting this because nothing else has worked so far to resolve this. I continue to get notification to my account that transactions are being made by me. I do not go into this location and yet the receipt says it’s an in store purchase. I’m not happy about it. It’s very concerning.
