This store advertised a special for nicotine pouches for $3.76, but it was scanning for $4.06. The clerk asked to a manager how to change the price to $3.76, they were told they couldn’t and if I wanted to speak to the manager if there was an issue. So I did ask to speak to this manager to show them the price difference. The manager (Dominic) was on a register and I tell him the issue. They were advertising a special for $3.76 but it was scanning for $4.06. How can they fix this. He got very smart mouthed women I refused to let it go. I never got angry or loud with them. When I asked to speak to the manager, he pointed at some person like I know who they were. I asked again and they pointed and started to scan items for another customer. I asked the lady who back was turned if they could help me. Just then, Dominic just walks away pissed like I stole her lunch money. Now this lady is not a manager but Asset Protection. Like who’s stealing?? So Macy from asset protection directed me to the store manager posted information on the wall. I will be contacting the store manager and corporate this week. If Dominic is really a manager, I hope he is retrained or removed for that position.

On 11/19/2025 around 6:30 am, I was shopping here and upon completing my shopping, I asked a female employee for help. I had $100 worth of groceries and needed her to open up one of the larger self check outs. She looked at me and held her hands up and kept walking. Then I asked a gentlemen who was standing by the small check out (who stated he was one of the managers),if he could open it up. he then said he didn’t want too because it would make it difficult for the girl that covers the area, which I’m assuming was the young lady that I had just encountered. Long story short as I was ringing up my groceries in the small check out, I was complaining. The same gentleman then starts to chime in. He started coughing extremely loud saying “I think I’m getting sick” He was very disrespectful so in turn I called him a few choice words and told him I’d be calling corporate and also reporting him at the store. This location is always short handed and some of the staff members can be rude. I will definitely start going to a different location for a great while.

Man! This store had the formula in stock and sold me what i needed instead of limiting me. Honestly how to quiet variety of formula. Great customer service. One of the managers, Trey/Tray not sure how to spell the name, was great to chat with and a great help. He unlocked our formula and checked us out. It was rather fast in and out! We will be going back

I had a really positive experience with an employee named Trey at this Walmart. I had a rough week and noticed kiddie pools near the front marked around $7 that rang up closer to $10. I mentioned it to Tray so no one else would run into the same issue, and he was incredibly kind about it. He honored the displayed price, helped me load my bags, and was so patient while I struggled with the app. It may have seemed like a small interaction, but after a hard week, his kindness honestly made my day a lot better. Great customer service like that deserves recognition.

This is a common problem. Order prescription refills way ahead of time (days before they are needed ) and it always seems they’re “out of stock” for nearly a week. I’m not talking about uncommon prescription meds either. Pretty generic BP and other prescriptions. Doctors call in simple antibiotics and an inhaler. Three hours latter they haven’t budged on filling the order or can’t find it. This happens all the time. I would avoid this location.
