It's Walmart, so......................... Had to make a return. Cindy forgot to put her happy pants in today. She seemed pretty put out to have to assist me. But she did put in effort to try to find some reason to not take the return. She really put in some work to bust open a box that was fully intact with the stickers untouched. I felt a little sorry for her when she made a futile attempt to put it back. All that effort for some clearance teeth whitener that only cost $13. Management really needs to give her acknowledgement for her dedication to preventing potential revenue loss. Lord knows it's a struggle for Walmart. At least she didn't waste any energy on speech. Verbal acknowledgement is highly overrated in the customer service realm anyway. Hopefully things get better for Cindy! Looking forward to my next visit. It just gets worse every time!

Wellllll, customer service must not be a priority for this location! Do you see any prices listed for the items??? I asked a simple question of prices for the hot dog and coney as they had no label. The worker stated that she did not know. It was as if I was bothering her. After researching on her gadget, she rudely responded with prices!!! Are the areas split, hot food, deli, etc with different workers? I did not know due to me not being an employee. I was trying to grab and go!!! Please help your workers with interaction with customers!!! Or, display prices and you will not have to go above and beyond the job description!!!

Since she didn’t want to give her name so we could make a complaint. This woman always goes out of her way to be rude to literally everyone. I don’t know how she still working here. I am going to be making a formal complaint to. Literally the only person in Walmart that gets mad when you ask her a question. Crazy cause she wouldn’t even give her name because she knows she was going to get in trouble. TBH she deserves to be fired. Hiding her name tag with her hand to try and not get a complaint is crazy. Maybe just don’t be rude to the customers.

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to pick up my order. I understand they were busy but I saw people who showed up after me get their order before me so I had to ask an employee and he told me that the reason was because I didn’t put my spot number. I didn’t put a spot because there wasn’t any spots left. I sat there right next to spot 1 with my hazards on and I was checked in. The employee was very nice tho. Also after I got my order I checked my eggs and 5 of the 12 eggs were broken. 7 months pregnant and just wanted to pick up a couple groceries. They had 2 employees taking out all of these orders to a ton of cars. Management needs more than 2 dispensers.

nice employees, clean and people were kind, and tge employees were kind. And the employees were so nice. Its also so rare to run into employees tgat acknowledge you and dont be on their phones while you walk by or trying to get something off the shelf. So kind. Not really but it is the world I would love to live in so ... let's just make it happen walmart. Teach your employees some comuni ati9n skills pleases this is something that should not die. Humans are mean . You robots say hello and goodbye your people should too!
