Selling moldy bread because bakery workers are lazy and not package correctly. Bought a hour before cooking with prepare date “5/20/2026/“ expiration “05/23/26”. Insides of package was completely wet. Btw the instructions state not to open package until after cooking so I had no idea until I pulled it out of the package. Called every department and got no answer. Went back up to the store to deal with a disrespectful employee and blamed it on the recent fire. Worker at the bakery said the bakery staff has been lazy recently and messing up a lot and genuinely wasn’t surprised about our issue but tried more to fix it then customer service did👏🏻

By far the worse Walmart in OKC the staff is rude and unhelpful locked the entrance door by the home section as I was approaching 2 hours before they close I walked around the toy section for 20 mins just to find someone to unlock the Legos for me prior to finally finding someone MYSELF I approached a worker who refused to help me find someone she preceded to tell me to keep walking around until I found and associate by the name of Courtney I never found her instead I ran into and associate by the name of Stephanie who was so kind to help me as I was trying to check out I double rang a candle I was purchasing waited another 10 mins to have someone to remove it for me even though there was 5 associates standing directly in front of me finally after purchasing her own items someone came to help me. What should have been a 10 mins trip became over 40 mins due to the incompetence of the staff DO BETTER!

This particular Walmart offers a satisfactory shopping experience. The aisles are generally well-organized, making it easy to find what you need. Most of the staff are polite and willing to assist customers. It serves its purpose as a convenient place for everyday purchases. Overall, it's a functional and accessible retail location.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM to have my tires installed. When I arrived, they said I didn’t have an appointment. I explained that I did and gave them my phone number. Turns out, the appointment had been entered under a different name. Once that was corrected, I sat down to wait. One of the ladies at the counter was very kind, but when she called out to the shop technician, he got a bit snippy with her — first red flag, especially since it was already noon. About 30 minutes later, my car was ready. The good: checkout was quick, and the new tires look great. The not-so-good: be prepared to wait in a not-so-clean break room. They also park customer cars far away from the building, likely near the grocery pickup area. As someone with a disability, it was frustrating to have to walk that distance. Overall, nothing special here — just a typical Walmart experience.

This was a nice Walmart. First like all Walmarts they had a very nice and huge selection of practically anything you'd ever need. The prices weren't that bad either. Also every was nice and organized which is something you appreciate. It was so elegant for a Walmart. Good place for hide and seek
