I want to take a moment to send a VERY BIG THANK YOUto an amazing team member who went above and beyond on a recent trip. I was having a particularly hard experience with a few team members, and was getting very frustrated. I stopped a young man named "Rocky" and asked him to get me a manager. He was immediately kind, and talked with me about what was going on. He apologized and jumped in to resolve the issue. There is too much to say in this post about how incredible he was (and what great guest service he showed). He turned what was going to be a very bad night, into a memorable experience that I have told several about. Kind people (who actually take time to listen) are the ones who should be leading and setting the example. I am so grateful that "Rocky" was there that night. My wife went in to purchase Naruto cards for Christmas stocking stuffers in the evening and was denied buying more than the 8 she had in her bag. When she got home she realized she only came home with 5 because she was flustered with management about it. When I returned with her, staff allowed us to get her missing 3 packs, but denied me buying any of my own, even though it's limited to 5 per person per day supposedly (no signs posted anywhere in the card section saying so). I complained first to some girl named MJ, and asked to speak to her boss, Reema. Reema's solution was to "check the cameras" instead of the simple solution of letting me purchase my 5 packs and let me be on my way. Ironically, on the Customer Service TV it stated Wal-Mart's goal was "customer satisfaction" and this experience was far from it. My wife and I are NOT scalpers or resellers and were simply buying these for stocking stuffers and wanted to adhere to our supposed "limits" but were denied. Save yourself the trouble and buy what you need on multiple transactions if you're needing to make an honest purchase. Or better yet, expose them and find a different Wal-Mart to shop at for cards :)

Staff always courteous, but hate the Walmart shoppers cart people They about run over you and block the isles, most of those store pickup employees are not my favorite to deal with. But over all the store does a decent job, except in restocking product and getting rid of bad produce

It would be 5 star if I didn't have to go all the way across the store to the outdoor section for pet food. Please, please, please get in line with 90% of Walmart stores and put this near cleaning supplies on the grocery side of the store. I won't come here if I'm in a hurry.

It's Walmart. You know what you're getting into. The staff is pretty amazing, though. I have an autistic kid, and the cashiers always remember her and treat us with such compassion. It's definitely nice that she doesn't dread going shopping anymore.
