I am writing to formally report an incredibly disappointing customer service experience at your location on [5/21/26] at approximately [11:00].While checking out.I encountered three associates whose behavior fell entirely short of basic professional standards. Three of the employees require serious coaching regarding their confrontational and unhelpful attitudes. A third employee actively ran away and hid to avoid assisting me with her name.As a customer, I expect a respectful environment. This behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am bringing this to your attention so that store leadership can identify these individuals, review any floor footage if necessary, and provide the mandatory coaching required.I look forward to hearing how this matter will be addressed.

I go in early to grab a few things on a limited budget. Can't find my Wells Fargo card, so I try paying with phone. That isn't accepted. This was necessary, seeing as I planned to split between cash and card. Employees were around , but no one helped.... except one. Tammy. There aren't enough people in this world with the heart and patience she has. She showed the way to use the Walmart app to use the QR code scanner, which made the difference in getting either half of my selection or all of it. She was a blessing to the very end. If management checks the reviews, which they should, they should make sure that's she's aware of the great impression she made on a customer. Anytime I go to that Walmart, that's the only person I hope to see so I can thank them again.

I encourage everyone to stop shopping at any company that is "publicly traded" because there is no benefits to anyone but the stock holders. Shopping local, buy local! Especially food items! It's healthier and cheaper! Find farms to support and buy (or preferably trade) with your neighbors to make this country a better place for all instead of just making the rich richer!

I stopped in to get antifreeze, just in case. The store is clean and well stocked and it wasn't crowded around 10 am.
