A rare 5 stars from me. Cheap and well stocked and well lit. The interesting people are not unsafe interesting, just eccentric and lovable. Lots of kids leaping around and young families. Staff very helpful. Think I've hit the jackpot

Good Morning Austin...I fell asleep early and woke up about 30 minutes ago. This is one very interesting aspect: of getting older. I will say this: I am Grateful To Be 61 yrs old, and ride my bike everywhere I go.... because I don't have a car at this time. Things or body parts hurt, home hurt, getting up is not as easy as it was just 5 years ago...but, "I AM ALIVE!" Before I moved Downtown Central I lived north and this was the Walmart I shopped at...all of the time. I joined Cricket phone store in this shopping complex and The Service At This Store Continue To Be Worth The trip on bus or riding the bus. The Manager Connie and her co-worker Anthony and YELI who actually was actually the 1st person who helped.... continue to keep me coming back and I'll remain a loyal customer....until they leave, God Willing. "Thank You To The Owners of This Store!" 😇🦋 Also....being Stalked Is No Fun and I have had 4 new bikes tampered with in the last 6 months. As soon as I told the young man at the door I am being stalked he allowed me to bring my bike with me. I appreciate this area and have great memories from both Cricket and the Walmart.

Definitely check your prices at check out. Leggings came out to be almost $14 gentleman asked for manager Cristian. Showed him this pic he said he was going to go look guess the picture wasn’t enough. But manager never even bother to come back waisted our time waiting. But not even sure how this place is still even open. Tons of box’s blocking so much stuff you had to squeeze by smh

Not sure where to start, but the whole experience here was pretty terrible. First, in most departments you can’t find any employees to help you. Also, half of the staff barely speaks any English. Not a single price tag in the bike area was displayed properly. You think you picked the right item, but then you find out at the register that you have to pay 50% more. The same bike online and in store had a price difference of 35%. The displayed price was 45% less! So I ordered it online, since they couldn’t sell it to me in store for the online price. I paid and asked if I could take it right away. For some reason, unknown to me, they didn’t allow it. I had to come back four hours later. On my way back to the store, my purchase was canceled, and I was told that they actually didn’t have that bike anymore. When I arrived, the bike was with customer service. They had removed it from stock and weren’t able to sell it to me. After 30 more minutes of my time wasted, they finally found a way to sell me that same bike again, and this time I was able to take it with me immediately. Anyway, I hope I won’t have to go back to Walmart ever again if the service continues to be this terrible. P.S. Not a single bike in these photos is priced as displayed.

I've spoke about this location before and it's always held the bar high. I can go in there super early or very late and the store is stocked beautifully. It's so much better than this location was before. My hat off to the managers who know how to hire the right people and then step back and let them do their job. The staff is helpful and will drop what they are doing to assist you We all know it just a Walmart, but can customer service make it better
