I went to Walmart with my sister and husband as we were looking at the candles we noticed that there were 3 candles under the price tag $9.11. We didn’t think to check the scent because they were lined up neatly next to the other big candles so we figured maybe that scent wasn’t selling and they discounted it. I grabbed one for myself and my sister grabbed one. There was one candle left, so we get to check out and it rings up to $36. I told the cashier that the candle was under the $9 price and showed her the photo. She calls over a lead ( Hispanic woman) and she told the cashier to give us the discount, meanwhile the cashier is saying the candle doesn’t match the description that’s in the tag….etc etc, which nobody asked her. We don’t stock the candles, get mad at whoever stocked the candles under that price. So then the lead woman goes over to the candle area to probably quickly take the left over candle from the $9 spot. As we were waiting another lead came over( black lady) and the cashier told her the situation. Why?! I don’t understand because the situation was already being handled. The black lady snacks her lips and says,” Uh uh I’m not doing that.” Speaking about honoring the price on the candles. It was rude and very unprofessional. Then the other lead comes back and told my sister that they will not be honoring the $9 price for her and she had to pay $36. My sister wasn’t mad about the candle price, she was mad about the unprofessionalism. They had attitudes for no reason, when again we weren’t the ones who stick the candle in that area. I feel bad for the cashier because it was out of her control. Those two leads need to be retrained because clearly they lack professionalism.

It was such a breeze doing groceries/shopping today I’m hosting New Year’s Eve and was feeling a bit overwhelmed but I gotta thank two employees that made my experience less stressful. Fabian and I’m pretty sure I’m getting this one wrong but I’ll try, I believe his name is lefrance, something with france 🙈🥰 thank you so much for your help! Happy New Year 🎆

Walmart is always a nice place good staff restroom are OK. Parking lot of room. I'm happy with the store. I would love to shop there again but people ready has all my taxes forms and pay mess up. I'm with out money now for 62days. I've lost weight.

This employee is aggressive and mentally unstable. My cart was in his way and instead of saying something he just aggressively throws my cart across the aisle and gives me a vicious threatening look. Should not be working here

The worst shopping experience you can have unless you like being in a warehouse environment. At least when you go to Costco you know it's a warehouse, they call it that. Walmart just continues to cost more, and the place is trashy. I guess they want you to get used to the third-rate products and services.
