Jessica h 4 months agoI genuinely want to ask if everyone working here is okay. I've been shopping at this target for a decent amount of time and have generally had a regular experience. Recently though it's giving the energy of management needing to make a lot of decisions last minute and that trickling down to create and overall disorganized experience. Several times I have had to suddenly pick up an order inside when drive up was available right up until I needed to go get it apparently. Every time the app has said there's unsafe conditions. That's totally understandable and I have no problem keeping workers safe. But it's confusing when there's no apparent "unsafe conditions" and there's no indication that it's inside pickup only before I have already said I'm on my way, and am sitting in the parking lot. Last week when I came inside to pick up an order that was supposed to be drive up, I walked in and a shipping manager or supervisor saw me, knew I was picking up an order, and then said "oh that guy over there has got you" and then left this young person to mind the shelf check out, help someone with a return, help me, and also the other two people that had walked in to pick up their order. That's honestly just lazy managing that you won't help out or do anything customer facing because you have something better to do. It looked like he was just packaging people's orders and there was literally nothing else going on. Then when I was able to pickup my order today it was handed to me in a wad of bags and just stuck inside my passenger window and I had to lunge over and grab it so it didn't get tossed on top of my belongings in the passenger seat. Generally when places have these kinds of problems it's because the company at large or location is making an amount of decisions so please please make some changes and help out your employees and customers.
Robert Pearce 2 months agoNot reviewing all Targets, but this one in particular always has a long line. They leave most of their customers to deal with the self-checkout but only have 3-4 (I forget) stations. Then they maybe have 1-2 actual cashiers max. If they’re going to embrace self checkout that’s fine, but they need to add to their self checkout stations.
J David Hillery 5 months agoI believe Target FC has made vast improvements in every aspect of their operation since 2021 which was Covid. I shop them at least monthly and they are consistently above average. A negative on top is the men’s room. It’s hit or miss clean. Also the sinks do not always work, or have soap. Finally l, under the sinks is just plain nasty pipes. A metal skirt that hides plumbing has been missing for years. Let’s get to positives and there are many. The staff are helpful, approachable and smile. That’s big for me. Some however meh, it happens. The store is well stocked with goods I care about such as produce. Other aspects of the store are very good too! I often find most areas are organized and clean. Over Christmas I purchased for the first time clothes for my wife. She loved the lounge wear by Auden. One of the bigger positives are the store displays. They are attractive and eye catching. The recent winter display featuring Woolridge was very cool. Finally the price points are often very good. To be honest they are not as good as Walmart, but better than others. An example is Amy’s soups for $3.89, but Kroger $4.19. I will be back. I’m a super fan of Target.
Lori Bernstein 3 months agoErin and Kristen were both very knowledgeable and I enjoyed purchasing my new glasses with them at the optical department. Kristen Helped me fix the measurements. I can’t wait to try out my new glasses and hopefully leave a new exciting review.
Paige Partello 7 months agoWell Target Hilltop I have attempted to call you 3x without being able to get through to anyone. I wish I was able to provide a name for the employee but I will provide a description to help you narrow it down. The employee today 12/7/25 in the morning, wearing a “Steelers” bow and sitting in a chair at the register closest to the self checkout line needs to be seriously considered as an employee for this corporation. I was in the self check-out line when I noticed she started raising her voice at an elderly woman who was trying to pay and having issues with her card. INSTEAD of attempting to help this poor woman in anyway shape or form, she continued to get louder, not only being passive aggressive but embarrassing her in front of the rest of the customers in the line and at self check out. The Saint of a woman from self checkout that was working this morning went to her side to try and help see if wiping her chip off could help make the card work as this cashier CONTINUED to be rude, passive aggressive and raise her voice. Finally the self-checkout woman pulled her aside away from the cashier to help her. The cashier then proceeded to say loudly and nasty “I love when people are at my register doing my job” and mumbled under her breath she said this to the NEXT customers looking for reassurance for her weird and gross behavior in which they both looked awkwardly at her. I can not even fathom someone treating my grandma or loved one like this. Whoever this employee is needs to be brought back down to earth and humbled. God bless the older woman in the check out line that handled that situation with grace and came to help her. Absolutely DISGUSTING to witness. Will not be coming back.
