Talk about ridiculous. Now this location is huge and offers a ton. What makes it so bad is the extreme .measures they take for loss prevention. Nail clippers with a cost of 1.50 Sounds reasonable. In a seperate controlled section for health and beauty. Ok nothing wrong with that. Costly but keeps inventory under control trol in this isolated section so ok. Next a ton of camera coverage. Ok protect their more valuables. Also reasonable. Getting expensive to protect the less valuable things though. That's not all though. Each aisle has a dedicated employee. Well customer service is on point having dedicated employee to meet your needs. Sou d like a high end shop at this point. Wait there is more. Every product is locked on the shelf. Yes even the $1.50 nail clippers. At this point what is the cost associated with ensuring not losing that product? You that that was it? Nope even more security. When you select your product regardless of what it is, it is placed in a bulky anti theft lockbox. Yes even the nail clippers. Protecting assets is one thing. That protection costs a ton Of money, a cost they roll into the costs of their products the sell. So if that cost is being incurred it better be worth it. Seriously their corporate management needs to look at if what they are spending to protect worth the risk loss of some of those products. The $1 they make off the nail clippers is that shelf space i. The protected area worth the cost to keep it from being stolen.

This Walmart is a convenient stop when you’re moving through Tucson. Wide aisles, big selection, and everything you expect in one place — groceries, basics, and everyday supplies 🚚. The store feels spacious and organized, with that calm desert rhythm outside 🌵☀️. Easy parking, quick in-and-out shopping, and a reliable place to restock without thinking too much. Nothing fancy, but it does the job well. A solid Walmart for road trips, daily needs, or a quick reset while passing through Tucson 👍.

After coming here and being told it would be best for me to schedule an appointment on hoLD for half hour, at least NO response. I came down to the shop. A gentleman named Hayden got me in and out in half an hour. The most helpful tech I've ever had. And I will be back to this Walmart for future work. Hayden was kind and courteous he should be manager!!!! The best tech they've got IMO!!!! AND BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE, I WILL BE BACK!!!!!

For my job, I have to shop here every day due to the convenient location. I would say 90% of the upper management is rude and lazy. They will stand there and tell their employees how to do things they will stand there while you wait at the counter for service rather than help you the employees themselves that I deal with are probably 95% friendly outgoing, and helpful to me as a person that goes there every day they look over work and stressed as I will say again their managers don’t seem to be doing anything. I try to be friendly and say hi and build relationship relationships with these people since I’m going to see them every day and the ones that I see are friendly and helpful and do whatever I need it is not the same way with the management. The employees seem to constantly turn over, but you have the same managers. There are a few people I find out outstanding cashiers are Carmen and I think her name is Amelia both very friendly and helpful in the mornings door checker Alex and again I think the other guy’s name is Benjamin are outstanding in the produce the people that stick out as very helpful are a lady named Michelle and another girl that I think her name is Carmelita when I have to go to the deli, I get anxiety. They are understaffed and working too hard and you almost feel guilty asking them to help you. Lastly, I would point out probably your most outstanding employee as a young man named Isaiah who in charge of carts. This young man is a small stature and yet he is constantly busy and constantly collecting carts, very friendly, very helpful and comes and gets my cart from me when he’s in the area. I am honestly telling you I can tell what days he is not on duty because there will be carts in the parking spots, but when he is there, all parking spots are free and clear. It may sound like a small thing but as busy as this store is extremely helpful if it were for the people that I mentioned, they would get a 5 Star, but as I say, there are far too many people not doing their job.

I found an item mispriced and despite the mistake being on the store, they refused to honor it. Digital price tags are highly misleading and frustrating for customers to deal with. This Walmart refuses to honor their prices, try Target next time 😉
