The workers here are always knowledgeable and helpful. I buy a lot of legendary protein bars and fair life milk here and they’re always in stock.

This Walmart is clean and well-organized! There was plenty of parking and not a bunch of foot traffic. It helped that it was 9 pm. This is definitely a good time to do your shopping!

Walmart tried to cheat me. After buying one each month for more than a year, they said they don’t carry it in the summer. I think they made it up, but the manager helped me: The manager from the Benson store showed me how to find the BEEF tenderloin at a somewhat local store, and helped me place the order too. The manager confirmed that it was in stock! You CANNOT check out if the product is not in stock!!! Please see screenshots. While I’m changing my oil while waiting to go to Tucson they apparently texted me with a substitution (PORK tenderloin!!!) with a timer running. I called the store and they said they didn’t have what I ordered in stock, despite my order being accepted and paid. They tried to switch to something that is not acceptable after the fact. This is DISHONEST!!! I’m very, very unhappy with Walmart… Walmart doesn’t even care about its customers. This is ridiculous! Beef tenderloin is actually available all year round, but they won’t even let me buy something that they do carry once a month. It’s not like eggnog, which is only produced around the Christmas season, cows are butchered all year round. They don’t even want to make money off me??? No, I’m not happy! If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Very dishonest. The system is setup to make money and they don’t care if they have to cheat to do it. They even charged my card for it and I don’t know how to get my money back…

Upon arrival I was greeted by Katherine who immediately called for assistance to the Automotive Section to help with my battery replacement. Chase and Aldo were very helpful and made the process very straightforward! After a not so pleasant experience at another Walmart, I am proud to say that the staff at the Gulf Links and South Houghton store are true professionals. You guys have a loyal customer!

Picked up a drive up order from a gentleman with airpods on and was given punctured ground beef. leaked all over my trunk. i’m disappointed as i have a cloth trunk and have to sanitize this now for salmonella.
