I like this Walmart because it’s close to my house and they open early in the morning, but they really need good customer service, I understand employees are busy working but I don’t like that they don’t know how to say excuse me when they pass with there carts or you ask them to help and roll there eyes or give attitude, I worked retail and I’ve always smiled, helped and do my job without complaining. And talking about employees on the sale floor not the cashiers

Santiago was an amazing helper. He struggled with the rush in the morning. He asked his teammate Emily for help several times, she responded but took way too long to help her teammate. He had to ask her 2x and you can hear it in his voice he was getting overwhelmed. She was stationed at guest services, she can clearly help relieve him by checking out a few customers from the long line he had, but she ignored it. The only offer she did was asked if any customers wanted to do self check out. These older folks do not like self check out lanes. Clocked in on her job but wants to do bare minimal. Emily do better.

You can get groceries quickly and without the annoying people who think the store is a playground for their kids. Also there aren't 50 motorized scooters blocking everyone trying to shop. These things mean a lot to me. 5 stars so far.

Always great low prices throughout the store. Customer friendly service and staff.

Employees are rude and does not help. You can never find help when needed. Store sign says they close at 11pm but they always close early false advertisement. They need to correct their signs on their door and update it on Google. Locking doors 15min before closing time is not correct. I wouldn't even give them a star if that was an option.
