First time at this Walmart, but the customer service on the sales floor and at self check out was great. I’ll be coming to this one more often.

Small compact walmart with a little bit if everything you generally need. Come here to get missing ingredients for dinner and use the self checkout to get out fast!

Walmart Neighborhood Market at the Southwest corner of Herndon and Willow has small departments compared to a Super Walmart but adequate stock of the basics plus a pharmacy. Recommended.

Every time I come to this specific location they have moldy produce. I told a staff member about this and even showed her this picture and her response was “ya that’s why I don’t buy my produce here” Miss mam that don’t help the issue Also the cashiers are rude. I had one man get annoyed with me because I asked for someone to get me formula out of the locked case bc I obviously can’t get it myself and he said I should pay for my stuff go back to the locked case, press the help button and wait there and then come back up to the front and check out AGAIN. WILD and I had a baby on my arm. Disappointingggggg

1/28 UPDATE: Thought I'd give it another chance, guess not. Busiest time of the day & NOW they're stocking?!! Carts AND PALLETS?! Shouldn't this be done overnight? Wal-Mart used to have a rule:no stocking carts/pallets of any kind allowed on the floor after 8am. Very disappointed in how their standards have fallen 10/27 UPDATE: I'm just about DONE shopping here! As a frequent customer every time I've been here the last several weeks their shelves continue to be poorly stocked, same basic items being out of stock every visit regardless of the day or time I shop! To add to that, there have been pallets & stock carts EVERYWHERE blocking aisles, etc . At one time, Wal-Mart had a policy of NO carts/pallets on store floor after 8am. Seems like that has gone by the wayside just like their customer service. Very disappointed. I'm only going back when I've exhausted all other store options! Not as many grocery choices/ options as the Super Centers as you might expect. Also, with rare exceptions, ZERO customer service, which is common these days however I did pick up an online order here recently & had an exceptional experience: there was a very long line at the Customer Service desk. Two young ladies that work there were just coming back from break & saw the long line. Instead of turning & going the other way, Chrissy & her coworker(didn't get her name, sorry) immediately started at the front of the line, asking customers what they needed & began helping! Everyone in the line was STUNNED! These 2 ladies were fast, friendly and efficient. I look for them every time I shop there!
