I am only giving this rating for 2 people at this location. The first is Melki the cake baker and designer in the bakery. She is awesome. She has great customer service, patience, and a wonderful spirit. She helped me out and worked with me ,went above and beyond what they usually do to get my son his cake on his birthday. Koleman, one of the managers there was instrumental in this process as well. He was very understanding heard my frustration about the phone communication at the store and remedy the situation. I really appreciate them both, my son had a wonderful birthday and was very happy about his cake.

Eldo was extremely EXTREMELY RUDE, when i was purchasing a tv, i had other items with me he said he couldn’t do more than 10 items, i let him know that is okay i could buy what i can buy and my friend behind me can pay for the rest of her items. He said repeatedly you can do 10 times, than repeated myself with of course a tone bc at this point i am annoyed & he continues to say you are being rude & void my items & said you can go somewhere else, i ask to speak to the manager & he said he’s not calling no one go somewhere else. I told him i would leave a review for his manager he took his badge off sat it on the table and said idc do whatever you going to do,.. i still can’t believe he was this rude 3 items over 10 & i had someone else with me who could of brought the rest of the items behind me. Walmart please do better in the area the Maryland walmart would never allow this

If you need to get a wide variety of items for a reasonable price, they have them. BUT do not expect to get out of here fast. I have ALWAYS spent AT LEAST 20-30 MINUTES in line waiting to check out. This store chronically understaffs its checkout lanes. If you have to get something out of case, good luck. I will only go to this store if I desperate.

I don’t visit this Walmart store very often. They do have a large variety of products though. This is not a small Walmart by any means. They have a large grocery section along with a pharmacy, clothing, shoes, toys, electronics, and a range of household goods. It's a one-stop shop for pretty much everything you might need. Prices are consistent with other Walmart locations, so no surprises there. As for the staff, while they were all doing their jobs, they didn’t seem overly helpful. That being said, I didn't have any major issues. The store also has a large underground parking garage, which is convenient. Overall, a solid place to get what you need!

So I just left this location. I walked in with a 1.75L of Ketel One past security to get 2 items at it is 9:01pm today and I come in for milk and cereal. I stood in line and left past check out as I attempted or steps away from the door I hear a voice from someone behind to tell security to stop me and to my understanding it was Ericka. I put my stuff down tell the security I'm not going anywhere ill give you my stuff to hold for I'm in restaurant management and I deal with this vise-versa. Ericka ask me where is my receipt for the liquor I tell her you do not sell this at all, "No Hard Liqour". As I notice people from my area of my neighborhood (which is Riggs) looking at me crazy as a theif, I told her this is defamation of character my exact words people that seen me as a kid looking at me crazy. This where I played ball, had cookouts, and lived majority of my life getting slander by someone that suppose to know at least that you don't have hard liquor. She didn't stay for long after scanning my liquor and saying they do hold the liqour. Ericka the name I got from Shell the manager when speaking to me, she came with name tagged flipped I told her I knew her name because I look to see who running things when I come so often l can speak to the boss. Ericka had no name tag or seemed affiliated with walmart due to uniform no vest or anything. Please provide more training and awareness to team members I'm cybersecurity part-time and I put policies and procedures in place for companies so we wont be vulnerable. I just expected more I understand if was anything else in the world material or food. BUT I HAD Hard Liqour and Bad Look On How People View Me from This Interaction. I will definitely note this as I hope others on their selection on stores when being treated like a theif. My Name on this Profile is received from sports in my community surrounded by Walmart. Please make adjustments for this can make your employees liabilities to your location in time.
