Andria Chambers a month agoToday I witness the most disrespectful treatment loudly to a new employee asking a question about a break. The mgr yelled back you should of left. After 4 hour you take your lunch. But the cashier in front gave her wrong advice and tried to speak for the young black cashier and played her stupid to the mgr. I waited over over 15 minutes at CS for someone to assist me to cash my lottery ticket after I bought my grocery from the new employee . The Machine out of paper . I asked the the guy behind the counter CS with long hair beard uncut not shaving or groomed can he cash my ticket he said No. When the mgr came out all of sudden he can multi task. What a joke. Get it together. And apologize. She was embarrassed . And not ready for a break, but just asking. Wow. Sad.
Cassandra Berryman 5 months agoThis Walmart is ran backwards. When there's barely any shoppers in the store, they have plenty of staff on deck. The staff runs around getting products stocked and go the extra mile if you need anything. During super busy times there's zero help and the place looks like a zoo. Very hectic and chaotic environment. I just left the store and I feel so bad for the associate Reyna. She had a ton of people in the customer service line and she handled it very gracefully. She smiled amd greeted everyone even though I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed. The store manager was literally watching all this unfold but instead of lending a hand, she starts bagging. Really? They don't bag in this store ever so why avoid truly supporting the associate? Seriously do better!
Bibloklept 7 months agoBy far the worst experience I've had at a Walmart ever. I rolled up to check out and 3/4 of the lines were closed. The manager was on the loud speaker saying the numbers of lines that were open, to the line that formed waiting to checkout, however the, lines closed, rope was preventing anyone from going to the "open checkout lines". I walked over and told the "manager?" The lines she was saying were open, were closed off by the 'closed lines rope' and she was immediately argumentative. Her first reaction was, "people should be smart enough to go around the closed section signe". Meaning walk around the other closed registers to get to the closed off self service register... SMH. Keep in mind this is 8pm and the store doesn't close for another 2 hours. $280 worth of groceries and nothing but attitude and disrespect. Crazy
Maylen Puentes 4 months agoToday I spent more than two hours at your store trying to pay with my WIC card. Several cashiers told me that my card was not working, even though I confirmed by phone with WIC at that moment that all my benefits were active. One cashier was very kind and even helped me by lending me a phone charger. However, later a supervisor came and treated me in an impatient and rude way, especially because my English is limited. I was with my two-month-old baby and urgently needed to buy his milk. Even so, they took my items away without offering me a real solution. I left the store feeling very sad and frustrated, without being able to buy what my baby needed, even though WIC confirmed that my benefits were available. I am reporting this situation so that other mothers do not have to go through the same experience. I hope this matter can be reviewed and that employees receive better training to treat customers with respect, especially those using WIC.
Christenson Scopoli 3 months agoVery nice walmart. I was surprised how nice all the employees are here. I had someone help me find three items. No irritation just smiles.
