Today I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart with Jalen. I went to the Garden Center checkout and waited for about three minutes with no employee present. I then noticed an associate, Jalen, sitting in a chair looking at his phone and laughing at something on it. After I told him I had been waiting for quite a while, he finally came over. From the moment he started helping me, his behavior was extremely unprofessional. He did not greet me, did not acknowledge the wait, and appeared completely uninterested in providing customer service. He bagged my groceries carelessly, placing frozen items with bread and then putting a heavy bag of laundry detergent on top of chicken eggs. I had to correct him multiple times in front of others Throughout the entire transaction, Jalen barely spoke to me and acted as if I was not even there. He was wearing earbuds and seemed to be talking to someone else this whole time, which made it difficult for him to hear me. When the transaction was finished, he did not thank me for shopping at Walmart or even wish me a good day🤬 This was one of the most unprofessional checkout experiences I have had. I am extremely dissatisfied and strongly recommend that management speak with Jalen regarding his customer service, attentiveness, and professionalism

Great service couldn't get no cash out couldn't get nothing so the guy helped me get a Western Union to get gas

They always have what I need and I know prices on everything are high but if it wasn't for Walmart a lot of us wouldn't have the things that we do you cannot deny that because we all know we shop there

At the entrance, the Virginia woman harasses instead of greets--did it yet again yesterday (has done it at least 5x now). I guess that no one is going to move her to another door or section. As a twice a week customer, I don't shop here to be harassed by an employee. Does our family need to find a different Walmart?

Store is always clean and easy to shop I had a great experience with the maintenance guy Stephen. He stopped what he was doing to help me find something was very polite and friendly it makes a big difference when employees actually take the time to help customers I'll definitely keep coming back to this location!! Thanks Stephen 😊
