The customer service of walmart is very good, Purchase their products from the store without fear, especially in terms of expiration, authenticity etc. Although the price of the products can be vary than other shops. Like to buying gift items from the store.They have very nice and huge collection, Especially,children's books, clothes, blankets, which I like. Also, their chocolate cake is very delicious even in a low budget.

I shop at this store almost daily for baby food, formula, groceries and every day essentials. Yet for some reason I am followed by loss prevention. Went to toys, kids clothes and cards because I was shoping for gifts for my nieces birthday. Anywhere me, my husband and our 11 month old who i was pushing in his stroller, we're followed. Everywhere we went, loss prevention was. He was a tall white man who was going for an "out doorsey" look with a beard. Finally I asked him "do you work here?" He replied no. And im like "huh, thats really weird because everywhere we go, your right there." Literally standing a few feet from us standing in the children's clothes section looking at absolutely nothing. I would like to suggest that if you are going to continue this job as a loss prevention person, maybe you should have a buggy, and pretend, to be shopping while watching people. Maybe throw some things in the buggy every now and then. As someone who spends thousands of dollars a year at walmart, i feel really disrespected and disappointed. Im just trying to shop with my family and im watched like a hawk. So this experience really does not make me want to continue shopping at this specific walmart even though its the closest to my house. I will now travel further so I dont feel like a criminal.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Walmart. The management team was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I tried to explain my concerns, the manager responded by saying, “We don’t care if you want to buy here or not.” I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. The employees acted like helping customers was a burden, and nobody seemed willing to take responsibility for problems. The store was disorganized, and it felt like management had no control over the staff or customer service. I waited a long time for assistance, only to be ignored multiple times. What made the experience even worse was their auto service department. I brought my car in for an oil change, and they failed to properly put oil in the vehicle, yet they still charged me for the service. This could have caused serious engine damage and shows complete carelessness and lack of professionalism. When I tried to address the issue, nobody apologized or tried to make things right. I also noticed employees speaking disrespectfully to customers and acting impatient. The overall atmosphere was negative, stressful, and unwelcoming. It honestly felt like the staff and management did not care about customers at all. I expected much better from Walmart, but instead I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Pretty good store overall not really that packed in there. No masked required. I came in for a few things for my kitchen and grill, ended up leaving with more than I planned. Self check out line is smaller than most places, but still a fast check out. Nice layout of the store, and pretty clean store for the most part.

I visited Walmart on 10th August to buy water and a few other items. The store was well-stocked and I easily found everything I needed. The layout made it convenient to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth and efficient. While my visit was brief, it was a straightforward and hassle-free shopping experience. Walmart continues to be a reliable choice for grabbing essentials quickly.
