Why do I pay for Walmart plus when they always delay deliveries and give me two month expired food. I can always tell they wait until the last second to pick the order for a delivery. 30ish minutes before the 2 hour delivery window is closed they mark that items are unavailable and then my order is always at least 30-1hour late.

The only reason this even gets one star is because zero isn’t an option. Our grocery pickup was scheduled between 1:00 and 2:00 pm, and my wife showed up right when it said “ready.” She checked in and waited… and waited. Then I got an email saying the order was delayed — after the pickup time had already started. I tried calling customer service and curbside multiple times, but of course, no one answered. Then I got another email saying the order was ready again, but apparently that means nothing here. I had to call the automotive department just to get someone to announce over the intercom for customer service to pick up their phone, because apparently they don’t feel like doing their jobs. My wife sat there for an hour and a half waiting for groceries. That’s absolutely ridiculous. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic competence at this store is beyond pathetic. If you can’t handle curbside orders, stop offering the service.

Found things I didn't need quickly however didn't find the one thing I drove from winfield to get lol that's about how my luck runs. No problem w store or staff just a long drive to not get what I came for. Other than that I found some really cool stuff for my kids anyway

This is a typical Walmart. It was very clean and well organized. Each department was well payed out. The aisles were large enough for two carts to pass each other. The staff was very friendly, saying hello, thank you and sorry, that is not typical. I appreciated their kindness. All in all, I had a nice experience.
