Darnaris Heart 2 weeks agoI'm giving it to stars because at least the store does have good quantity of things and it's actually a pretty cool store although I have to order online cuz I'm not very close to this store and every couple of orders lately have been really really annoying because they keep marking the got something and then it's not in my order when It gets here and I can't blame the delivery driver because he just hands me what he gets or she so I just feel like the store needs to have better quality control when it comes to how they do things because a lot of people I know have been even been complaining about the store particularly because it keeps being marked as delivered and then the item isn't even in her bag.
Florett Duo 4 weeks agoManager made us move to another line after we were second to next and this cost is an additional 20 min of time. The guy at the register was the slowest cashier I've ever seen in my life. Not sure why we also couldn't move back to the line we were in. At one point the other cashier was literally empty and this manager made us stay there. When we could have been already checked out and home by now. The total time we waited in line to cash out was 45min. Now I'm reminded why I stopped shopping at Walmart.
Hey It’s Abby (HeyItsApple) 2 months agoAbsolutely awful. I ordered my daughter's 3rd bday cake on 3/21 via the online custom cake order website. It was approved and then pending. I checked it last week and it was in a processing status. Today at 9:25am I received a text that said "we're confirming that all or part of your custom cake order has been canceled." Keep in mind I have been calling all week trying to speak with the bakery to no avail. I finally got someone on the line today after calling and being put on hold over 10 times. They told me that likely it was cancelled because they didn't have the supplies to make the order. I said that was impossible because I made the order a month ago and if they get new inventory every week they had optimal time to get it. he said he didn't know and would tell the manager to call me. Right after, I got on the phone with the online support number where they told me it was likely cancelled because it was "out of stock", she then said that there actually wasnt a reason listed which was "strange" but she was unable to re-order it. I later received a call from a man who's name I dont remember but he claimed to be the manager, he stated that he can see on his end that I canceled the order and when I informed him that I absolutely did not and that I've been trying to call to confirm all week he said he didn't know what it wanted him to do. I asked if the cake was done since the pick up date was so close, he said no. I ask if the bakery was going to make the cake because I am telling them verbally that I did not cancel it and he said no that they weren't going to make it because it was canceled. I called back a little while later slightly after 3pm trying to speak with him again to see if he could send me a copy of what he was seeing so I could add it to my report. The woman who answered the phone said he wasnt there but she would see what she could do. After about 10 minutes of being on hold a very aggressive woman answered the phone and said "what do you want", I began explaining again assuming she didn't know and she cut me off saying she was actually the manager and that she "knew all about the unicorn cake or whatever it is" and again "what I want". I stated that I would like them to send me proof of what they were seeing and she said no, proof for what. I said I was filing a claim against them. She was like well my bakery people are gone for the day so the best she could recommend would be to come in at 6am when they open if I dont live far. I do indeed live far. She said that cakes have been randomly getting canceled all week and she doesn't know why but that all I could do was either come in tomorrow or wait for the bakery manager to call me which "probably wont happen" and "go back and forth on the phone with them". She also asked when the cake needed to be picked up and what type of event it was for, as well as when I made the order. Her tone softened after I gave her that information. I found it funny because initially in the call she said she knew all about it, I feel like the things she asked were crucial bits of information that she should have already known. I asked for her name again and she hung up on me. Online customer service offered me a $10 voucher. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. 1 for the lack of communication , 2 for the lack of accountability, and 3 for the lack of compassion, not once did any of the staff who actually work in the store apologize for this.
Stephen Priest 9 months agoI have never visited a Walmart with a parking 🅿️ garage, an escalator for people and shopping 🛒 carts, huge shopping 🛒 carts, an electronic recycling center and a closely monitored exit with what looks like sensors built into the floor with associates watching. My son and I were curious about this Walmart and he needed to use the bathroom. The shopping 🛍️ floor structure reminded me of the Walmart in Portsmouth NH except more tight on space. There is a grocery section with a produce area. We stopped by toys and every toy 🧸🪀 marked clearance was almost gone. The bathroom was in good shape. The pick up area is on the opposite side of the entrance. A unique experience that makes me wonder 🤔 what my daughter will think 💬 of this Walmart. She has visited the McDonald's next door.
Casey Murphree 5 months ago1. I have NEVER been INSIDE this store - - BUT 2. I get a grocery delivery to my house just about every week. 3. NO PROBLEMS with delivery - - great selection of foods, friendly delivery drivers who notify me when it is arriving. 4. I meet them at the building entrance. 5. Keep up the good work.
