Good store, except for bathrooms. Walpole MA. Bathrooms not cleaned in evening. Only 2 bathrooms which were also used by employees. each bathroom had only 1 toilet for 1 person or family. I did not see this problem with bathrooms in other local Walmarts. Store needs to immediately create additional bathrooms and keep them cleaned, with toilet paper.

Placed a pickup order, and drove 45 minutes to get to the store. When I arrived I attempted to indicate pickup space #16 but the app only had options up to space #15. It was the only pickup space available so I indicated spaces were full. There was a sign with a phone number to call upon arrival but I just got automated message that the message box was full. I received email confirmation that someone would be out shortly with my order. I waited 30 minutes then finally, at 8:45 pm, attempted to go into the store. The door was locked but I got someone’s attention and I was told the store was closed. I was told to come back the next day. I am NOT driving another 45 minutes each way to return to pick up my order. I attempted to call the store to request that at this point my order should be delivered at no cost to me but no one picks up the phone when I was connected to the pick up area. Beware that there is NO customer service and no guarantees that you will get your order. And no resolution of issues that could transform a bad experience into an acceptable resolution. Shoppers proceed at your own risk. The price of gas outweighs any small savings!

I want to give a big shout out to Arthur and Damali in the Customer Service department at Walmart. I came in with a return issue late in the day, and they still went above and beyond to help me out. They were patient, professional, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Excellent customer service like theirs deserves recognition. Thank you both for turning a stressful situation into a smooth experience.

I always have a fantastic experience here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, making my shopping trips quick and enjoyable. Plus, they have a great selection of products and always seem to have what I need in stock.

Huge shout-out to Donna at the Front End even though the store was busy, she handled my transaction with incredible speed and a great attitude. It’s rare to see someone stay that professional and friendly under pressure. Thank you for the quick and pleasant experience!
