The pharmacy staff was nice. Maggie, who gave me my vaccinations, was really nice and apologetic as we waited for insurance approval. I loved her advice about the reactions and how to treat pain at the injections 💉 site.

I had a return to make and was able to do so no problem. There was a little wait because the customer in front couldn't find a reciept but not bad. Then while shopping my son walked away from me saying meet him back in toys- he's 9 so I gave him some space. A little while later when I couldn't find him though, the associates were very swift and helpfull paging him and a security guard helped me look for him. I appreciate the staff and how they handled the situation.

This morning I went to this Walmart looking for a microwave and there’s one that it says in red numbers it means on (SALE) for $49.99 and I got the box on the bottom because literally was there one of the green boxes and on the cashier they were charging me $69.99 I told her that on the shelve said $49.99 to don’t make it long 3 managers came by me and I told me that they had that price there but it’s not for that microwave and the item on $49.99 was sold out and the real price for this one is $69.99 I got upset because it’s not fair they are lying and confusing the costumers why they had that price if the item is not longer on the store and they put another items around that price ?? And they didn’t give me the sale price that they had on this microwave so I didn’t get it they are rude and don’t listen and understand my point is not my fault that they don’t update the price products ! They are not professional at all, they are so rude and disorganized!!

As a business owner, I understand the necessity of loss prevention; however, the conduct I experienced crossed the line from standard surveillance into targeted harassment, emotional profiling, and a complete lack of professional boundaries. ​Incident Breakdown ​Incident 1: Nellis Boulevard Location (Early 2026) ​Upon entering the store with my son, I immediately headed to the restroom. Because the signage was initially unclear, I hesitated and doubled back briefly to verify the location before entering the men's room. This minor, normal action appears to have triggered a highly inappropriate response from store security: ​ Two plainclothes/undercover security guards followed me into the restroom. One staged himself at a urinal for an unnaturally extended period, while the second stood guard inside the entrance, blocking the exit and watching me. One guard was later identified by a security emblem on his shirt After leaving the restroom to shop, I momentarily thought I had lost my wallet. I ran back toward the restroom in a panic, only to realize it was in a different pocket. I immediately returned to my son to resume shopping. ​ Upon checking out, a group of approximately 7 to 10 employees and security personnel gathered at the front exit, staring at me intently. ​Despite having done absolutely nothing wrong, I was made to feel like a criminal in front of my child, causing immense discomfort and distress. ​Incident 2: Rancho & lakemeade Location ​The apprehension did not stop at the first store. During a subsequent visit to the Rancho/ lake meade location with my wife, the front-door greeter visibly gasped upon seeing me, immediately alerting a nearby security guard. ​Furthermore, when looking at the security monitor at the entrance of a subsequent Walmart location, I observed that the digital surveillance system placed green boxes around my wife and son, but a red box around me. This strongly indicates that my image has been flagged and circulated across regional stores without cause or evidence of wrongdoing. ​ ​A well-trained asset protection team relies on logical thinking, verifiable evidence, and objective actions—not ungrounded emotions, profiling, or erratic reactions to a customer simply looking for a restroom or misplacing their wallet. ​Because I am "too old to run or lie," my policy is simple: if I have committed a crime, call law enforcement. I had a great shopping experience at this Walmart in Las Vegas. The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the visit smooth and enjoyable. A pleasant stop while visiting the city.
