This Neighborhood Market is a great place to do your grocery shopping. Their prices are less on 99% of the items I've either bought or looked at than any other grocery store. WinCo might be close in their prices but I don't go out that far. They can be busy & sometimes the checkers are slow but for the process & location, this is my store. Try them, you won't be sorry.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this Walmart store on Sunday night (September 28, 2025). After paying for my purchase and packing it in my own bag, I was approached by a young man, apparently dirty, disheveled, and quite rude. Without a badge or identification... he called me "mama." Then he approached me without explaining why he approached me, took the bag with my groceries, and removed what was inside, without even mentioning what he was looking for, in front of everyone. Finally, minutes later, he simply told me I could go. Without any explanation or apology, he went to meet two smiling (women) friends in store uniforms. It's an insult and only reinforces my theory that this supermarket is of poor quality.

Cashier Chris handled my groceries very carelessly while scanning and bagging my items, which resulted in some of my items being broken. In addition, the level of customer service provided was very poor and unprofessional. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of care and attention while shopping.

Checking out cart full they sure are watching as usual. A different girl beside the normal short asain, older white lady or black lady. This ginger new for me as I shop here more than I should. Literally rang up 125 forgot spouse has my card from last night event because I dont like carrying purse. Go to pay and realize I dont have my card explained to this red head girl I dont have my card I will be back to get my items can you make sure this stays in cooler area so my yogurt eggs dont get spoiled she says no only can hold cart 10-15 minutes tops. Thank God it wasn't first time I've done before at Smiths and they willingly put cart in cooler so items dont go bad. 125 purchase at Walmart not to mention 1 day before already spent 200.at walmart. This market place has pissed me off so many times of their lack of customer service. Only went back to appease spouse never again. Walmart you clearly showed me being a customer isn't valued I will gladly shop somewhere else. Money saved only went for convenience now I will make sure to avoid this place like plague and never shop here for their lack of customer value.

Usually I don't like Walmart because it's too big and a huge distance to even walk across the store. But this one was much smaller. Prices are better than Smith's, and I think the selection is acceptable. Best of all, you don't have to ask an employee to unlock the bathroom, which is a major hassle at many places in this town. So far, I like it. However, be vigilant in the parking lot because it is not the safest area of town.
